A large surface to use on and easy to store.
Size: 24.5"L x 17.5"W
Style: OXO Good Grips Silicone Pastry Mat
This large silicone mat is an absolute lifesaver for my kitchen counter. I can use it without any concerns about having to wipe it afterwards. It firmly sticks to my granite counter and remains in place, even when I apply significant pressure while working. The added measurements on the top surface are incredibly convenient, allowing for precise measurements while preparing ingredients. Cleaning is a breeze as it is easy to wipe down and dries quickly. When it comes to storage, I can simply roll it up and put it away. All in all, it's a fantastic investment for anyone who enjoys baking or needs a reliable surface for rolling out tortillas or rotis.

Works great for pastries.
Size: 24.5"L x 17.5"W
Style: OXO Good Grips Silicone Pastry Mat
I bought the mat because the board I used for pastries was getting old and was difficult to clean. The OXO Good Grips Silicone Pastry Mat kept my dough from sticking with very little use of flour. The size was perfect since I roll out long and narrow dough. It’s supper easy to clean and storage is a lot less space then my old board. Also the mat stays in place while working on it.

great quality and perfect size
Size: 24.5"L x 17.5"W
Style: OXO Good Grips Silicone Pastry Mat
thinner than i expected but the quality is amazing. i thought it would be the same thickness as the silicone baking sheets, but it is maybe half the average thickness of those. the grid and ruler on it are so useful! i only wish that it didn't have the food recipe conversions, as i am using this as a mat for soap and candle making. however, i know the majority is using it for baking, so i guess i just wish there was an option with just the grid.

Worth the expense.
Size: 24.5"L x 17.5"W

I made the mistake of buying a less expensive mat before this one, and it lasted all of one use. I should have bought this one first. Absolutely perfect.

cookie baker must have
Size: One Size
Style: OXO Good Grips Silicone Baking Mat
I have never used silpat so I can't compare the 2, but these work great for cutout cookies. No sticking, minimizes spreading super easy clean up. My only issue, and the reason I gave 4 stars not 5 is the size. I have 1/2 sheet Nordicware cookie pans, this mat is a smidge to wide to lay perfectly in the bottom. Maybe it's the cooke pans fault, and they would more perfectly in a different brand tray. At any rate they are a game changer, I was using parchment paper, struggling with some recipes still spreading more than desirable. Have not had an issue since I bought these,

AWESOME baking sheet!
Size: One Size
Style: OXO Good Grips Silicone Baking Mat
I was baking cookies and they were sticking to my pan. I ordered this silicone baking sheet and my cookies no longer stick to my pan! Absolutely love this baking sheet. My cookies bake more evenly and come right off the sheet. I wish I found this sooner. It keeps my pans intact longer and it is rather easy to clean. OXO is a great brand and this is another example of of one of their products that is well made. Thank you OXO! I highly recommend this product.

Love it!

I really like using this pastry mat. I like the size and that it doesn't slide around while I'm working the dough.

Have made almost every dough under the sun on this and it's perfect
Size: 24.5"L x 17.5"W
Style: OXO Good Grips Silicone Pastry Mat
I absolutely love this silicone mat. Loved using it for making hand-pulled noodles, pasta dough, dumplings, and pie crusts. I use this in conjunction with a bench scraper, but the bench scraper is almost unnecessary for the purpose of scraping since the silicone, with just a little bit of fat underneath (oil, butter, or some flour) does a good job at preventing the dough from sticking without you having to add additional flour or more oil subsequently. I haven't put this in the oven yet, but the instructions for the temperatures and whatnot are printed clearly on the sheet in case I ever have the desire to. It's easy to clean, even with butter and dough crusted on it (cursory swipe and rise with soap in the sink), dries quickly (hang it over a chair or wipe it quickly with a cloth), and the bottom sticks firmly on any surface I've put it on (glass, linoleum, wood, granite). The length is also just about perfect for anything you could make, even in large quantities. I bought the OXO version compared to the others on Amazon, since I wanted a quality sheet that was name brand and not something you could find wholesale, en masse from Alibaba. It's held up fantastic so far after a few months, and I expect it to last for a while.
