Features

  • STAY WARM LONGER IN COLD WATER: Built with a 5mm neoprene body and GBS seams, this 5mm cold water wetsuit helps reduce heat loss and limit water flushing. Ideal for surfing, snorkeling, paddling and diving when cooler water conditions demand extra warmth and comfort.
  • EASY TO GET ON BY YOURSELF: Unlike traditional back-zip designs, this 5mm mens wetsuit front zip features an easy-entry diagonal front zipper that makes changing faster and more convenient. The durable zipper is built for repeated use.
  • MOVE FREELY WITHOUT THE STIFF FEEL: Strategic 4mm stretch panels at the shoulders, underarms, calves and crotch help improve mobility. This 5mm neoprene wetsuit allows more natural paddling, bending and kicking compared with many traditional thick wetsuits.
  • REDUCES WATER FLUSHING FOR BETTER WARMTH: An adjustable neck closure, Lycra-trimmed openings and GBS construction help reduce water circulation inside the suit. These features help retain body heat and improve comfort during longer sessions in cold water.
  • BUILT FOR REPEATED WATER ADVENTURES: Designed for demanding water sports, this mens wetsuit features reinforced stress points, abrasion-resistant knee panels and a flexible crotch gusset for improved durability. A dependable choice among wetsuits for men who surf, dive, kayak and paddle year-round.

Description

Stay Warm, Comfortable and Ready for Every Cold-Water Adventure Whether you're surfing, snorkeling, paddle boarding, kayaking or exploring underwater, this men's 5mm wetsuit is designed to help you stay warmer and more comfortable in cooler water conditions. Why You'll Love It: 5mm neoprene body helps retain body heat in cold water. GBS seams help reduce water entry and improve thermal performance. Front zip design makes changing easier without needing assistance. Stretch panels at key movement zones help reduce restriction while paddling, swimming and climbing. Adjustable neck closure helps improve fit and reduce flushing. Reinforced stress points and abrasion-resistant knees help increase durability. Great For: Surfing, snorkeling, scuba diving, paddle boarding, kayaking, sailing, open-water swimming and other cold-water activities. Size Tip: For the best warmth and performance, a wetsuit should fit close to the body without restricting breathing or movement. Please refer to the size chart and prioritize chest and waist measurements. If you are between sizes, choose the smaller size for a closer fit and improved heat retention, or the larger size for easier entry and added comfort. A snug fit when dry is expected and helps the wetsuit perform properly in the water. Note: Water temperature comfort varies by individual and depends on activity level, weather conditions, exposure time and overall fit.

  • Warm, Buoyant, and Easier to Enter—Escaping Is Another Matter
Color: Blue Size: XX-Large
I swim in the ocean, and I gave this wetsuit a quick test in the waters of San Diego. At the moment, the water here is much warmer than usual, so I cannot honestly attest yet to how it will perform in truly cold conditions. Still, with its 5mm neoprene body, sealed seams, and substantial construction, I have little doubt that I will be all right when the temperature drops. Several reviewers recommended sizing up. I did exactly that, although for a different reason. I normally wear a Large but ordered an XL because I did not want another wrestling match every time I put on or removed a wetsuit. The XL fits comfortably, with some leftover space. I only hope that the leftover space does not defeat the entire wetsuit concept by allowing half the Pacific Ocean to move in with me. I had particularly high hopes for the diagonal front zipper. Back zippers have become increasingly uncomfortable for me to operate as I age. The front zipper is definitely better, but it is not miraculous. You still have to work your way into the suit, negotiate with the shoulders, and convince the neoprene that cooperation is in everyone’s best interest. Taking it off was slightly more complicated. After several unsuccessful attempts, I began to wonder whether I would have to ask someone to release me from captivity. Eventually, I discovered that pulling one arm out first was the solution. I expect that repeated use will improve my technique and reduce the drama. Once on, the suit feels thick, protective, flexible enough for swimming, and noticeably buoyant. The stretch panels around the shoulders, underarms, calves, and crotch help prevent the rigid feeling that can come with thicker wetsuits. The adjustable neck, Lycra-trimmed openings, reinforced stress points, and abrasion-resistant knee panels also suggest that it should hold up well through repeated ocean use. The price is a little high, but it is generally in line with comparable cold-water wetsuits. Tall buyers should pay close attention to the length, since one reviewer over six feet found the suit too short and restrictive. For my build, sizing up worked well. All in all, excluding the pain of the learning process, this is a good, solid wetsuit—warm, thick, buoyant, and capable of extending ocean enjoyment beyond the friendly seasons. Five stars. ... show more

  • Absolutely awesome wetsuit
Color: Blue Size: X-Large
This is an awesome wetsuit, but it for paddleboarding as idaho lakes are cold. Its fits fantastic, it has a good solid zipper, easy to put on, and thick enough stitches i don't really worry about the durability.

  • Almost great
Color: Blue Size: XX-Large
I got this wetsuit for getting in the water and it has been pretty comfortable overall. The neoprene is warm and flexible, and it gives a good range of movement without feeling like I'm fighting against the suit. The full-body design helps keep me comfortable in cooler water and makes longer sessions more enjoyable. The fit is good, but I did notice some loose stitching in a few areas when looking it over. It hasn't caused a major issue so far, but it is something I think is worth mentioning because I expect a wetsuit to hold up with regular use. The seams and material feel decent overall, but the stitching quality could be improved. good wetsuit for the price. It provides warmth, flexibility, and a comfortable fit, but the loose stitching keeps it from being perfect. With some better attention to the finishing details, this would be a much stronger product. ... show more

  • Very warm and comfortable in the torso, but way too short if you are over six feet tall
Color: Red Size: 3X-Large
I picked this up for cold water sessions, and in terms of insulation, the 5mm neoprene does an incredible job keeping the chill out. The material feels durable, and I was pleasantly surprised by how comfortable it felt around my chest and midsection. Unlike a lot of wetsuits that feel suffocating around the gut, this one gave me plenty of room to breathe comfortably through the torso. The main dealbreaker for me comes down to the vertical length. I'm 6'2", and getting into this suit was a real struggle solely because there just isn't enough height in the pattern. Once I managed to squeeze myself inside and pull the zipper up, the tension was immediate - it pulled down hard on my shoulders and pulled up tightly in the groin area, making it uncomfortable to stand up straight or move around freely without feeling constant pulling. If you are 6'0" or under, this is a well-insulated, comfortable wetsuit that will likely serve you really well. But if you are on the taller side, the lack of overall length creates too much strain on the shoulders and lower body to stay comfortable for very long in the water. ... show more

  • Superior Quality Wetsuit w/great flexibility!
Color: Blue Size: X-Large
With an impending move to the east coast, where my husband is from, I wanted to find him a new wetsuit for our water sports activities. After searching and finding a few potential suits, the one that seemed to be the most robust and offered the most features was this one made by a company called OWNTOP store. Now that I have this wetsuit home and inspected, I can attest that this is a high-quality wetsuit. The improvement in design and ease of use is pretty impressive. It is clear the designer did not cut corners using inferior materials. This is a full wet suit- which offers excellent flexibility. The neoprene suit is very durably designed. *Special features that you may want to consider: -5mm Wetsuit -Materials: Neoprene and Nylon Blend -Uses: Diving, Paddle Boarding, Surfing, Swimming etc. -GBS seams -Front zipper-simpler to get on and off by yourself -4mm stretch panels in areas to allow easy movement and flexibility -Adjustable neck closure All in all, I do find that this OWNTOP 5mm Wetsuit has been designed with expertise. The warmth factor has proven to be very good. Improved significantly from his last suit. Based on a favorable experience, I would recommend this Wetsuit to other consumers. Thanks for reading my review. I do hope it was informative and helpful. Have a wonderful day. :) ... show more

  • Warm wetsuit with good build quality, but size up
Color: Red Size: XX-Large
This full body wetsuit works extremely well in cold water, but the sizing runs very small. At 220 pounds, the double extra large should have fit based on the recommended weight rating, but it turned out to be extremely tight and painful to wear. I strongly recommend that anyone looking at larger sizes order at least one size bigger than usual. If you get the correct fit, the suit performs very well. The thick neoprene material provides plenty of warmth and flexibility, and the front zipper design makes it easy to put on and take off. The black and red color scheme looks great, and the overall construction feels solid. It is a well-made wetsuit that offers great value, as long as you account for the tight sizing. ... show more

  • Warm, solid 5mm suit that’s easier to get into than most thick wetsuits
Color: Blue Size: 3X-Large
This wetsuit is genuinely warm — the 5mm neoprene and the glued/blind‑stitched seams do what they’re supposed to do. It keeps cold water out better than the usual budget suits, and once you’re in it, it feels snug without being restrictive. The front‑zip design is the best part. Getting into a thick wetsuit is usually a fight, but the diagonal zipper makes it noticeably easier to pull on and off by yourself. The stretch panels help too; you can paddle and kick without feeling like you’re wrapped in a stiff rubber tube. It’s still a 5mm suit, so it’s not “super flexible,” but it’s more comfortable than a lot of thick wetsuits in this price range. The reinforced knees and seams look decent, and nothing feels cheap or fragile. Overall: warm, easier to get into than most 5mm suits, and comfortable enough for surfing, snorkeling, or cold‑water swimming. Solid choice if you want warmth without spending premium‑brand money. ... show more
