When the monitor would actually connect to the wifi it seemed nice. But it would take a few minutes before I would even be able to see my child and half the time he was already out of bed and in my room. I returned it. Not worth the price in my opinion.

After receiving the Owlet sock and Cam 2 I set up the sock with no issues. Upon trying to set up the Cam 2 it would begin the pairing mode and before it paired or should I say did not pair It cam back and tells you, "ready to pair. After trying to pair it 6 times I finally gave in and talk to tech support. After spending three hours on the phone with them, needless to say, it did not work. They recommended sending me a new Cam 2. It comes in and you're not going to believe it, ID DOESN'T WORK EITHER. I definitely not recommend the Cam 2. Now as far as everything else, it has so far been working good. ... show more

We bought the Owlet 2 pack smart video monitors. One never worked from the first day we tried it and the other one is completely unreliable. The sound goes in and out sometimes there is no video. We have tried troubleshooting with them twice but nothing helps. AND they won't take it back because it's outside of the 30-day window. I would never purchase anything from Owlet again and want to warn other new parents to stay away, your baby monitor is too important. It is very stressful not being able to rely on your baby monitor, I don't wish it on anyone. ... show more
