I've never sat on a massage chair and didn't have a chance to test this chair out. I rolled the dice because it looked like it had all the features I was looking for. This chair is awesome. Please note though that it is really intense. This is for a deep DEEP massage. I am 5'9 stocky at 205 pounds and fit comfortably in the chair. My mom was able to try it too and loved it. She is familiar with high end massage chairs and praised this one. She has had 1 back surgery and 1 neck surgery. The quality of the chair is superb too. The product it self isn't bad so far, but definitely not worth 1700 $, half this price would be fair, screen quality is so bad, the chair size is not standard and wouldn't go through US standard doors. Not many options when it come to the programs, bit work fine.

The media could not be loaded. I thought this was going to be my spa and retreat chair… where I can escape… but wow… it is LOUD. It reminds me of construction work… like drilling work. I love the chair but the massage rods are EXTREMELY hard. I can't stand the pain. Not enough padding on back and seat, that's why I can feel the rods so painfully. Other than that which is THE major issue I love it.
