Was hesitant about this purchase since it’s a couch online etc.. I am very happy I had went ahead and bought this beautiful couch. It’s huge and so soft. You can not find an uncomfortable spot. All three boxes came extremely quickly (they were delivered well before expected) and all on the same day. The foam is sturdier than expected. The seats are very deep. The covers come off the pillows and cushions sent with the couch for cleaning. It is literally like hanging out on a cloud. I would buy again and mostly likely will when the time comes. ... show more

Bigger than it looks. I like the size and color. It's soft too but definitely not the most supportive couch. It comes with velcro to keep the pieces together but you'll still have to constantly push the pieces back together.

Return cost is over $200 and took over 2 weeks to get the return going due to their lack of communication and failure to answer simple questions about how to do the return. Save yourself the headache instead of the money and find something else!! The couch is super comfortable and I get lots of compliments from guests. My cats can roll around to their hearts content without falling off because of the deep seats lol but what I really like is how the cover on almost every piece is removable. There are zippers on the bottom of seats but they do not have the zipper tabs so be aware of trying to open those (that said, if you had to take the covers off you could easily add a zipper tab with a bit of sewing skill) Over all I’m happy with the purchase and definitely recommend ... show more

The media could not be loaded. This couch is so comfortable and padded. The couch will stay in place better on carpeted floor vs. Wood or vinyl. It does slide around quite a bit on vinyl. With the large size, it allows us to hang out as a family in our living room but still have space to sprawl out. This thing is huge! We got the one that seats 8 people. We ordered a checkered area rug and some 90s themed throw pillows with bright colors and some orange corduroy square pillows to coordinate with the couch.
