Short version: Amazing couch. Extra long detailed version: Just moved into a new house and the upstairs has a two room loft. I wanted a super cozy TV area so we bought this couch, then ended up ordering another section (from same company) to make it twice as big. Yeah, definitely over did it but it’s amazing. Still working on the loft so ignore the plain background- still a lot to do in order to finish what I’m wanting. Three kids, three dogs and a cat. This thing has held up nicely so far (purchased it 4 months ago). My youngest thinks it’s an area to get a running start and do flips onto it. The way it’s currently arranged you have to step over it to get in -therefore the dogs also run and jump into it. Through all of this- it has held up. We couldn’t decide between this one and a different couch we found at Ashley’s furniture for $3800. Decided to risk it and get this one and have been thoroughly impressed. For the price- there is no better couch and I would take this one over the $3800 couch any day. Good: love that I can rearrange the multiple pieces into whatever shape I want. Very very comfortable. It really seems like fur doesn’t stick to it. Like, literally never see fur on it. Favorite part: the material is not appealing to cats! No scratching on the arm rests or anywhere else. We have a bengal that thinks the world is her scratching post and she doesn’t touch this couch. Not stiff but you don’t sink in and leave an indentation either. Holds its shape for the most part. I do see this lasting a long time. Assembly was super easy (and kind of cool to watch it expand) but it is MUCH heavier than expected. Getting it up there stairs was hilariously challenging because it is heavy. Bad: if you sit in the same spot every time and the back is not against a wall, it does start to stay leaning back (pictured) and slightly loses shape but I’m about to rearrange it and just move that piece against a wall. A random pillow ripped (pictured) but like mentioned above- it’s also a jungle gym. Really the only negative is the Velcro things they give you to hold the pieces together is laughable. They do not hold it together BUT if you use it like a normal person and it’s just a couch, not a wrestling mat, not a trampoline, and not a gymnasium then I think the pieces would stay together nicely. Customer service is not great. At all. After purchasing the first sectional, I messaged asking which pieces I can order to add to it and their answer was completely pointless with broken English. Overall- buy the couch. When we need another couch, I will be buying this again. ... show more

Bought this couch for $1300 in December. Reviews I read before purchase mentioned the structure. I feel like they didn’t give it time to decompress. Couch arrived in boxes shrink wrapped tight in rolls. We unwrapped and it bounced out fast. In my experience, it didn’t take long to take form. I expected it to start sagging away in my daily spot however after 2 months the structure still holds firm. The couch is firm enough that it doesn’t sink in like a pillow. I have attached a photo with a 200lb person standing to show. Pros - silky minky soft, starting to have minimal wear down (shown in photos) the option to build custom (I removed one corner section), seats 7 grown adults w/o cramping, does not slide apart on carpet. Cons- the pillows are not ideal. There is an attached roll. Whether it’s to hold the pillows up in place or be tucked between couch and pillow for lumbar support, idk! I cut one off to see if I liked it but top half will eventually droop over in time. I am someone who lays on couches, I can’t sit because of hip issues. I like that it is like being on a firm mattress and my toddler has room to snuggle alongside me. As for sitting, my husband found it uncomfortable without a head rest. The couch overall is cozy and soft but not really plushy as I’d assume from photos. I’m not sure if they would slide around on hardwood. I have them placed against a wall and pushed in tight to keep from spreading apart. The attachments sent were thin pads of material and Velcro. Did not look heavy duty enough imo. It does the job, was worth the price but may not be ideal for every situation. ... show more

Best couch ever. I have 2 teen boys one in football lineman and one heavy weight wrestler and they love to jump and plop on this couch. I don't worry about it breaking because it has no bones. This is a very sleepable couch. The fabric is so soft and it has tons of support. The backs do push back when. You sit on it so it would be better against a wall but we are very happy. ... show more

This couch is extremely disappointing. It’s much smaller than expected and offers no proper back support at all. You ready your head on the wall behind or if there’s no wall then you just have to sit up straight. You’re basically sitting on an oversized pillow. There’s no internal structure or sturdiness, so it collapses the moment you sit down. It might look fine at first glance, but comfort and functionality are nonexistent. Was hesitant about this purchase since it’s a couch online etc.. I am very happy I had went ahead and bought this beautiful couch. It’s huge and so soft. You can not find an uncomfortable spot. All three boxes came extremely quickly (they were delivered well before expected) and all on the same day. The foam is sturdier than expected. The seats are very deep. The covers come off the pillows and cushions sent with the couch for cleaning. It is literally like hanging out on a cloud. I would buy again and mostly likely will when the time comes. ... show more
