The set arrived fully assembled; just had to remove it from the boxes and add the cushions. There were 4 large boxes; 3 came one day, and the 4th came within a few days. There was a section of wicker missing on one of the arm chairs. I contacted the company and they offered suggestions on how to "fix" it, a small credit, OR I could receive a replacement chair. After paying what I paid, I opted for the replacement chair. It was receiving quickly and I have not had any further issues. The set is still new (about a month old); I will update this review in the future if I come across issues with longevity, etc. Over all, I like the set. This set is beautiful in our back yard. It is comfortable and I really liked that there was no assembly required. Like other customers have mentioned, our set came in two shipments on different days. It would have been helpful to know this when we were given the tracking information so that we would not freak out. They seller only gave us the tracking number for one shipment and I had to contact them to get the other. It has rained a couple of times since receiving the furniture. I do have to go out and take the cushions off the furniture for it to completely dry all the way through. Otherwise the water will just sit on the bottom of the cushions. However, once this is done it only takes about an hour before we can use them again. I don’t know if this is a normal process because this is the first set of this kind we have ever owned but it doesn’t really bother me much. ... show more

First of all, someone put some serious thought into the packaging of these items. It probably originated so that they could reduce packaging costs, but the result is a very well-protected product. The fact that you get a 12 piece set fully assembled in 4 large boxes is amazing. As soon as you to unpack they are ready to sit on. Arrange them the way you want and enjoy. The cushions are truly 4 inches thick and are very comfortable. And they look great too. The covers that come with have worked to keep rain and pollen out so far. Looking forward to getting a lot of great use out of this set. I did a lot of research before pulling the trigger on this purchase and am very glad I did. Well worth the $! Lastly, the customer service is something else. I reached out with a question and had a response within minutes. They even followed up after delivery to make sure my questions were answered to my satisfaction. Highly recommend! ... show more

The media could not be loaded. Let me tell you if you are looking for patio or deck furniture the search stops here! The 12piece set is amazing and the quality is great! You get soo much for the price!! It’s like another room in my house it is a conversation piece! The furniture is sturdy and comfortable and was very easy to set up and arrange! The are ready to use out of the boxes which was packed by a genius! Clips were provided along with 4 accent pillows and two furniture covers to protect from the elements. This set easily sits 8-10 people comfortably. All of my guests loved the set and were impressed with the quality as well! The only negative which is not from the furniture is the shipper uses fedex which is known to have delays. I had to wait almost a month for my furniture to arrive and in the end I had to go to the fedex location and pick it up myself. But the furniture gets 5 stars for sure! ... show more

We only had a couple of weeks of the furniture set before the end of the season and really found to be very comfortable and provided a lot of seating space for the $'s. It is extremely lightweight....good news: easy to move around and re-arrange....bad news: any reasonable gusts of wind can have the cushions and/or the furniture itself flying off the deck! The enclosed cover is also lightweight but does the job. Will need to look into weights for the seating and some solution to tie or velcro the cushions to the furniture. ... show more

Great set , so far so good , will see how it holds up , have have many brands before , it’s all about the next 2 winters Only mistake I made was to trust someone else review and did not check the height , someone said it was a great height and not too short like other brands - Not true , but it is too low like most sets around , not good for people like us with knee problems , really with could have checked , looks like only guests will be enjoying it . ... show more

This set is simply awesome. It came in 4 large boxes, the carrier sent two delivery vehicles since the boxes took up too much space. No matter, they were received on time and on the same day. The furniture is completely assembled. The way they package the furniture to fit in 4 boxes is just incredibly thoughtful and efficient. The couch pieces are secured together with plastic clamps that take seconds to fasten. There is so much furniture here, you get great flexibility. We have 2 good size decks, so we decided to create a 2nd couch out of the stand-alone chairs and one piece out of the 4 piece couch and move that down to the lower deck. The furniture is solidly built and the cushions are firm. The chairs are not too low and are not flimsy at all. Absolutely love this purchase. On a positive note, we didn't receive the 2 covers that are advertised. We contacted the company and received a reply the following day. They apologized for the mistake and promptly sent out the two furniture covers. Nice form. ... show more
