Received 3 of the four boxes in a very timely manor. Fourth box got lost but received a new one after a couple weeks. The furniture is very carefully packed and is ready to go out of the box (no assembly). The reason it's no assembly however is because it's all plastic. There doesn't appear to be any metal in the frames. That being said it's very very light. Plan on it blowing around in the wind or easily sliding around on a deck. We are looking for some sort of rubber feet that we can slide over the legs to help prevent sliding when people sit down and stand up. We ordered the "Big" size furniture...and it's ok. Definitely would not call it big. Also.. it sits really low... not uncomfortable but it might be difficult for seniors to stand up. Overall I think the set is OK and so far customer service has been great. I don't see the furniture lasting more than a few years but only time will tell. I am considering returning it but we no longer have the boxes.. If you are looking for great entry level furniture with lots of pieces.. this it. If you are looking for high quality...keep looking but plan on spending alot more.

We just put in a stamped concrete patio, so we needed some outdoor furniture for it. We looked at a lot of places and found the products too expensive ($6k+ for what we wanted) or way too cheaply made. We found the Ovios 12 piece "big size" set on Amazon, carefully read the reviews both positive and negative. We took the plunge and purchased it. First, its a lot of furniture! 12 pieces was a lot but it fit the area we wanted perfectly. The product comes fully assembled! I loved the idea of NOT having to spend hours putting it together. The shipment would have come all at one time but I screwed that up trying to delay the delivery. Make sure you have room to take this delivery as the boxes are huge! We unboxed everything, it was very well packed, 10's all around there. Once we unboxed everything we placed it, all of the pieces are labeled as were the cushions (Again well done!). I was beyond happy with the fit and finish and time will tell, but I think the build quality will be long lasting with minimal care. I will use the supplied furniture covers (another unexpected perk) during the long mid-west winter. Now for the seat cushions. Many of the ones we looked at were thin and had no substance to them. These were firm and comfortable. As good as I hoped they'd be. If you're looking for large billowy cushions then plan on spending triple. The cushions with the set were better than most of the products we saw in person. We will take them in during the winter. All in all I love this set and would recommend it to anyone without hesitation.

This furniture is awesome. If space is not an issue and you can do it, go for the larger size. If you can afford to do it, also go for the Sunbrella fabric. It’s so much thicker and nicer than many others. Love the zip cushions. Easy to remove covers to clean them, if needed. The pieces are both sturdy and light weight. Everything comes assembled. Covers are super easy to use. If you are looking for furniture that you can use for many years to come, this is a solid pick. It’s super comfortable and really great quality for the price. The only thing I didn’t love were the orange and brown throw pillows, but I am just going to get some others. I have a feeling that if I put them up on our local yard sale site, being Sunbrella, they will probably sell for at least as much as I will pay to replace them. Highly recommend this furniture set. It’s awesome!

The media could not be loaded. UPDATE: The customer service is top notch. They were very responsive and immediately sent me new chair and cushion and tracked them to make sure they were delivered. You get what you pay for, this is a cheap price for a lot of furniture and frankly my dog is on it all day so I’m glad I didn’t spend 6 grand on the highest quality. But still you can’t lay back or get comfy because of the cushions. But we have really enjoyed sitting in the sunroom with company. ——————————- The product is decent for the price but it’s much lower to the ground than I expected. I should have measured ground height from the base of the chair. It wouldn’t be bad but the cushions are hard as rocks. There is absolutely no give in the cushions. I’ll have to buy new ones from somewhere else. It came missing a cushion and one of the chairs is so poorly made that the seat is diagonal and the chair rocks back and forth. Not even usable. I decided against paying for top quality but I’m going to have to redo this purchase and look around next year. It works for now.

Wow! This product is gorgeous! Shipped quickly and in only 4 large boxes! We did have one damaged box, which bent the frame on 2 pieces, but the company has already reached out to us to correct this. Pros- Sunbrella cushions at an incredibly low price. The 4 free throw pillows are a nice touch! There is so much versatility with the arrangement of this purchase (Big size, 12 piece). Cons- not really con, just things to mention. The Big Size option is probably best. I can’t imagine having anything smaller. The Big Size is deep enough for full thigh support. The coffee tables are super low to the ground, which seems odd. Also, the furniture backs seem almost too short, however they aren’t, but I can see how not buying the Big Size could make the backs seem too short! Overall, we are thrilled with this purchase and would recommend this purchase to others!
