Durable
What I like: Durable and inexpensive. With a couple throw pillows it’s easy to get comfortable. What I don’t like: the ottoman is a bit shorter than expected. I’m 5’10 and my legs hang over the edge a bit. The end pillows are velcrowed on so my 2 year old likes to pull them off, but the velcro is at-least very strong and holds well otherwise. It takes a bit to screw in the legs when setting up, but it’s done right so they are very sturdy. Overall: given the aim was for price, durability, and lastly comfort. It gets 5.0 for price. 5.0 for durability. Prob like - 4.0-4.5 for comfort. It’s a good couch and already my 2 year old son spilled mango juice on it, just wiped it up like nothing. The materials are good for this reason. It fit 4 of us on it sitting for a movie without to much struggle, just need a pillow or blanket to lean and a kid that’s not jumping on you on to make it work well. ... show more

Sueded fabric. Not real leather. Looks great!
Size: 97.6" Sofa Couch, L-Shaped Color: Brown, Faux Suede Leather
The price, size and style is perfect for what I was looking for. However: Before I purchased this I asked a question if it was real leather. I received an immediate AI response that since it was stating it’s real it’s assumed that it was. This couch is not real leather. It’s a faux sueded fabric. That being said: It’s got good support without being too hard and the cushions stay put. The couch is pretty much exactly as pictured. There is no off smelling scent and its deeper seating than most other budget couches. The assembly was easy enough with instructions clear and complete. Will update with pictures once my rug gets here. ... show more

Worth the buy
This couch exceeded my expectations. We were looking for a couch but didn’t have AFW money so we came to amazon and this couch is definitely worth it. Assembly was super easy and it makes it easy to clean too. The fabric is really soft and doesn’t scratch. My kid got crayon on the couch and I wiped it with just a microfiber and water and the crayon came right out so it’s nice that it doesn’t hold stains. Only complaints are that the couch was super stiff when we first got it set up. Took about two weeks to break it in. The second complaint is that the long piece can come apart easily but other than that this couch is really nice. ... show more

Absolute nightmare to return item-Update!!
Size: 86.6" Right Facing Chaise Color: Dark Brown, Faux Suede Leather
Hated the color and the instructions are a joke. Getting the runaround trying to return. Super disappointed. Will not buy from this company again. I hope I can get some of my money back. Very disappointed with this process and Amazon. UPDATE: I received my refund however it cost $200.00 to return the item to the 3rd party seller. Please be advised I will never order a product this size again. ... show more

Acceptable for the Price
Size: 81.5" Left Facing Chaise Color: Brown, Faux Suede Leather
We didn't have high expectations for this couch, but it hits the marks for what we did want. It assembled easily and looks decent. As others have said, it is firm and the back is low. The back cushions are also not very generously filled. If you are a large person (I'm 6'2) it may not be particularly comfortable, but it's OK to sit on while watching a movie. Two complaints: the arms have minimal connectors and don't tighten up well. Also, though it says faux leather, it's actually fabric. We have dogs and I thought it was PU leather (thicker and easier to clean) - but that was my mistake for not reading the description details. ... show more
