Reading some of the reviews (about sofa not expanding all the way) made me not so confident about purchasing cause return would be a hassle; but there was enough good reviews so took a chance. Really glad I purchased, sofa looks full and fluffy (90% expansion within first hour, all corners within the day), assembly took two mins! It feels really cozy, foam is very firm in terms of weight support but feels very soft (better than traditional sofas) at the same time for relaxation. The back pillows came with stitched-on lumbar for those worrying about the sofa not being tall enough to hold the back pillows. My kids love these, they also make great beds for them; best part is everything is removable through zippers (even all the pillows), which is an A+ for cleaning with kids/pets. They're also so much lighter than traditional sofas so you can move them around very easy, they come with these big velcro straps that you can attached to the very bottom of each sofa piece to ensure they stay together (works great). We ended up purchasing a second set and turned it into a big lounge island, love it. ... show more

We LOVE THIS COUCH!!! It has exceeded my expectations and I’m quite picky. I wanted a soft casual couch for my loft/TV room. It’s firm enough for sitting and laying without being too firm. And it’s so soft and comfortable at the same time! I got the warmer color in the large corduroy look. I love the squared arms and backrest and I bought an armrest tray for the occasional food and drink. They also designed the cushions so well! They have a round pillow attached to the back of them that can go down in the corner for a lounging position or upward on top of the backrest for a sitting position. The small pillows are perfect too. They go perfect with other pillows to tie in the look or are great on their own. I was able to remove all the pillows and wash all the covers when I got this. I wanted to wash as much chemical out as possible. And don’t worry about them fluffing up enough and staying flat. They fluffed up perfectly! There is no wood framing so it’s great for the kids to play around on without hurting themselves on hard framing. Just follow the instructions and you will have no problem unboxing this. The upholstery seems durable and I hope this stays wonderful for a long time! The price was a good value at approx $750 too! The only flaw this had was that the company does not let it off gas before they ship it. So it took a couple weeks to off gas. It’s winter so I placed an air purifier next to it inside for a couple weeks and waited. It would have been considerate if the company did this ahead of time. In the summer you could set it outside for a couple days and it would probably off gas quickly with a little sun. I bought chairs with ottomans that were just like this and they unboxed fine without the smell and the need to off gas. ... show more

Pros: Easy to put together Versatile Removable covers that can be put into the washer/dryer Cons: Too firm. Like, it's pretty hard for foam. I've been using it for 5 months now and I can still set a glass of water on it and jump without the glass moving. If I had known how firm it would be, I would have bought a different couch because I prefer a squishier couch. But if you enjoy a firm couch, it'd be great for you. This was better than we expected. We got it for our teens hang out area. Extra space in case friends wanted to stay over. Sleeping bags always work but something a little extra cozy. It’s firm but necessary so the shape holds up. They love it!! The friends say it’s also very comfortable to sleep on. It had no wrinkles in the fabric from the boxed compression and has pretty perfect lines. Nothing was uneven or wonky looking. We did stay off of it the recommended 72 hours from the unwrapping. We also patted it to help it keep expanding. It had no odd smells. I read so many reviews and decided to go with this brand after months of back and forth comparing. So my wife purchased this couch which at first I thought was a huge mistake. How can a couch like this stand up to normal activity in the living room. Then, the couch was delivered and all I seen was two boxes and let out the biggest laugh and telling my wife do you think that entire couch is in those boxes? Well guess what not only was those couches in those boxes but this couch has turned into my favorite couch in the house. How firm this couch is blew my mind since it came in compressed and vacuum sealed like crazy. But after 24 hours (which I believe they say 48 hours to get to full size) it was stout and ready to go. What I would love to find is a cover to help protect it against my golden retrievers. Extremely happy with this couch, and if you think it’s not good quality, won’t come like it’s pictured, or even like me who thought my wife was insane thinking this couch would be what they said it would be. Put all of that aside and get it. You won’t be disappointed!!! My wife made me look like an idiot with my concerns so hopefully this review helps set things straight. ... show more

Im impressed 👏. The beige velvet color is perfect for my space. Today the delivery arrived all the way from California early to upstate N.Y, about 2-3 days early. This couch as well packaged from head to toe. Moving forward the looks of it is very high-end and Glam like, the foam is a very firm foam. 👌 So the durability hopefully should be in good standards down the road. After cutting open the plastic immediately the couch rised and about 40 minutes or so later, It looks like a wonderful couch 🛋. Today's day one, and I'm gonna sit on my Futon for the next 48 hours just to give the couch it's time to expand. But to be honest within the 40 minutes it has fully grown in my opinion visually but I guess it needs more growing internally. The pillows are fantastic everything about the couch is very nice, yes it is a bit low but I would say it's the new Glam-chic experience. I just can't keep my 8-year-old daughter off my wonderful new couch. She keeps saying mommy it's so soft. Definitely gave my living room a new appearance. I will rearrange the couch in about 48 hours, I just have it in the corner for now letting it do its thing. So far, I recommend this foam couch. ... show more

I really wanted to like this couch more. Gave three stars because they were easy to put together (no tools needed), super soft and cozy, but I don’t like how it hits the lower back. It’s not enjoyable to sit on it like a chair because the base is too long for me to sit comfortably. I am 5’4” and it just doesn’t work to sit up on this couch. I have to have my feet up to have any comfort. I wouldn’t buy it again. I wish I had bought something different. ... show more
