I really like this brand. Bought 2 spools so far and both where great. Good bed adhesion and easy to print. Im using 55 degrees bed and 215 degrees nozzle on my CR-10 and have had no issues at all.

The spool is cardboard, which I like (for the environment), but it creates more friction on the spool and forces the filament feeder to work a little harder than necessary. It's got me watching this 16 hour print like a hawk! (Meh - who needs to sleep anyway....?) Other than that, the color is vibrant. There is some stringing, but it's probably due to the tension to feed it through. And I don't mind on this print because the stringing is on interior supports anyway (a dome model).

Color: Easy Rock White
I have no problems with solid colors in "Easy PLA" but the "stone" look off-white version gives me nothing but trouble - poor adhesion, nozzle clogging, etc. I have better luck with a larger, 0.6mm nozzle and printing hotter, thicker layers with less cooling. The filament looks great but you might want to save it for prints you really want that look in.

Both rolls of filament printed just fine. There werenโt any abnormalities or clogs caused by the PLA. All supports came off nicely and what residual filament was left, was easily sand down. Color didnโt matter here, as I was having armor printed for cosplay. All of it was to be sanded, textured and painted. The random colors were irrelevant in this case. I just didnโt get any pics prior to sanding, priming and painting. But the colors were nice. The red was vibrant and green was like a Kelly green, maybe slighter darker. Long story short, this PLA is good to work with.

Something you may not know if you are just getting into the hobby, don't use white filament. There is something about white that CAN make it harder to print. I have purchased 3 rolls of the white easy PLA, the first 2 printed out beautifully! However the 3rd roll clogs with even the smallest prints. I will absolutely buy more from Overture again, I think their cardboard spools are great, it just wont be white.

There was a brittle section on the red roll that snapped going into the extruder. It was about 2 hours into a 16 hour print. I caught it within minutes of the break, cut off a 1 ft section back to good filament, and got the print started again. The problem occurred while building the raft. Had it been any later, or if I had not caught it quickly, it would have ruined the piece and I would have lost several hours of work. When this roll came out of the package, the end of the filament was not secured in the sides of the roll.

Very good filament, prints very well. Smooth layers, no clogging problems. My one gripe is the roll. When I opened the package, the vacuum sealed bag had bent the roll inwards a bit, I just don't feel like the roll is going to do well in the long term.
