I bought this couch back in March and I have had it for a month now (maybe a little over) and it is a good couch. It is massive! The pictures do not do it justice. Me, my 11 year old daughter that is 5'1, anf my 2 year old son can fit on this couch while all of us are lying down on it (while the "pull out bed" is taken out) And we would still have room for another person! The couch is super soft, which I love. It is quite stiff though when you get it. It has broken in a bit since I bought it. Took a few weeks for that to happen. It is pretty comfortable now. I have almost fallen asleep on it quite a few times. The chaise is pretty long. I'm 5'4 and can stretch out on it and not have my feet dangling off. If you're taller than that though, your feet/legs will dangle. The chaise also has a lot of storage space which is a plus. You do have to put a little effort in opening it up but its not too hard to do so. The delivery had me a bit nervous though. 4 boxes were delivered over a span of 2-3 days. 2 very large boxes came 3 days before my expected delivery date. One of the two boxes (for both deliveries) are quite heavy. But I was able to bring them inside by "rolling" the boxes on their sides from my doorstep and inside my home. When I opened the boxes, I realized that it was only TWO pieces of the sectional that was delivered. I called Amazon and they told me the other parts would be delivered in the next 2 days. I did receive the rest of the couch 2 days later. That being said, the couch was super easy to put together. As a single mom, I was able to do it by myself. All the pieces slide into place (the back and each sectional peice) The feet screw in. The chaise peice does have some parts that need to be screwed in with the allen wrench but it was no big deal. I loved that all the cushions, pillows, feet, and tools were inside on the bottom of the couch. There is a zipper on the bottom that you unzip and everything is in there. The hardest part was trying to slide the chaise by myself into the connecting middle seat, but I manged to do it. The only cons I have with this is that 1: I wish this couch came in a light grey color. The dark grey was not the color I wanted. But I got this one because all the other light grey couches that looked exactly like this were more expensive. 2: The back of the couch is very short, so it becomes uncomfortable when sitting straight up to watch TV. It puts strain on my neck and shoulder blades. But to solve that I put pillows behind my head for support. And finally there are no words on the instruction papers. The pictures are clear enough for the most part. But when it came time to put the chaise together, I had to look a little longer to understand what I needed to do. Overall though, the couch is great especially for the price, and is a huge upgrade for me compared to the sofa and loveseat that I had. The couch looks great and feels solid. I managed to assemble it myself, which was a plus, though the storage section does spring up quickly—so be careful with that. I couldn’t get a couple of the last screws to fit that secure the sections together, but it still holds well. The bottom cushions are quite firm (assuming it may soften with use), but the back cushions are softer, comfy yet supportive. Overall, I’d give it 4.5 stars! ... show more

Great deal for the money. The seats are not deep enough for taller people, but the pull out makes a great lounge area or bed. The fabric is good quality, my cat hasn’t made a dent (yet), and spills clean up well (though I did treat the fabric before using) Could use more seat cushioning, as you can feel the frame where the sofa meet the chaise. We just lay the other way and don’t sit in the seam. Very easy assembly. The directions call for assembly of the pull out track, but mine came with it installed. ... show more

No way I was going to pay nearly 2k for a couch after moving my new place. But little reviews had me skeptical. Then I also seen a review of the pieces not coming in all at the same time. Had me worried I was going to get either a temu experience where they send you a Barbie couch or it was going to be cheaply build lol but NO! THEY ALL CAME AT ONCE AND 3 DAYS AHEAD!! The way everything was packed was very thoughtful and carefully put WITH CARE! VERYYYYY EASY TO PUT TOGETHER! EVERYTHING CLICKS INTO PLACE AND LEGS SCREW ON. Comes with everything you need! The most you’ll need is a screwdriver. VERY STURDY of course it’s stiff when sitting you’ll have to break it in. Back is a little short but that’s ok. Not a dealbreaker. Extremely soft to touch. Price is very good! Assembly easy. Arrives in 3 boxes and at least one of them is too heavy and unwieldy for one person (or delivery person) to move up a few stairs, so be advised delivery may be left outside or not in ideal spot, just as an FYI. Main issue is we find the seat a bit firm or stiff. Given how it is constructed, it feels like it will “break in” a little, but the stiffness will not disappear fully over time. Also the chaise part is a bit short for an average size person, your feet may hang off the end. Since your body does not “sink in” when sitting at the chaise especially, there’s a tendency to keep sliding down instead of sitting upright. We ended up propping up foot end of chaise about 1 inch so it has a slight incline and is more comfortable to sit on without slipping down. With all that said: for the price, and if you need a neutral looking tan couch in a box (or 3) this is really perfect! ... show more
