I was skeptical of ordering a couch from Amazon but the couch came two days after it was ordered in 10 boxes. It was fairly easy to assemble and it is a very nice quality couch with lots of storage. I would definitely recommend!

I ordered this sectional sofa during the holidays, and the shipping was handled by FedEx. Due to the high volume of orders at that time, some of the boxes arrived late, a few were damaged, and one had the wrong color. I reached out to the seller to resolve the issue, and I was impressed by their prompt communication and thorough response. The seller immediately sent replacements for the damaged and incorrect items along with the Fedex tracking numbers, which allowed me to check the shipping status of the items and provided reassurance. This was one of the best customer service experiences I've had while shopping on Amazon (even better than Amazon's own customer service). Hence, you can buy with confidence knowing that the seller is responsive and committed to customer satisfaction. As for the sofa itself, it is highly functional and customizable. Each sitting area is a perfect square that can serve either as an ottoman or a seat of a sofa depedning on how you connect the back support, cushion, and armrest. These pieces can be rearranged freely into various shapes—L-shape, U-shape, I-shape, or even separated into individual one-seat sofas. Additionally, the bottom space offers extra storage that might be useful. The faux leather provides a cool and firm feeling. The assembly was also relatively easy. I was hesitant to purchase due to the low number of reviews. But I looked at so many different stores and couldn’t find anything similar. All of the boxes arrived on the same day, one day earlier than the start of the 3-day window that I was given. I received it two days after I ordered it. Nine boxes came on one delivery and the last box arrived a few hours later. Very easy to put together. I will say that the only flaw is that the plastic feet on the underside of the base cushions, so the top of each storage unit, are not very securely attached. A couple of them were detached and inside of the box, and I was able to easily reattach them. However, a few of them were bent, and it appeared the holes were stripped, but I was able to just move them over a little bit and screw them back in, creating a different hole. That’s really my only complaint. I changed my review from 4 to 5 stars because I feel like this small flaw is acceptable for a sectional in this price range. One of the base pieces had two small punctures near where the foot attaches, almost like a staple or something had gone Into it, but I was able to just turn it so that once it was attached, it was on the inside and you can’t see it. These are actually surprisingly comfortable. One of the things I was worried about was that they would be uncomfortable which is not the case. The back is very comfortable, the seat is firm, but also gives a little bit and is comfortable For sitting and lounging, and even napping, it seems very comfortable . Overall, this is a great set for a great price and I am happy with it. I have never owned a leather or faux leather set so I am not sure how it will wear with my two dogs, so I just purchased inexpensive sheepskin rugs and use them as sort of seat covers or seat liners. I do this on all my couches so this isn’t any different. Do far so good! I also was worried about the color, I was hoping it was not going to be too orange, and the color is actually absolutely perfect? If you were hesitant like I was, no worries, just take the plunge. I also purchased a name brand furniture arm chair cup holder. It’s a tad too wide but I just added a piece of non slip shelf liner underneath and it’s fine. ... show more

The media could not be loaded. This couch is just what we needed. Its a 4 star simply bc it's a little harder than expected. But it has storage and its sturdy. My husband put it together overnight and it can be rearranged multiple ways.
