I don’t ever write reviews however for this sofa I HAD to come back and write one!! I searched high and low for a sectional that was big enough and comfortable enough. This sofa is firm with the perfect amount of softness and the size is incredible! I have the 4 seater with 2 ottomans and I am absolutely happy I bought this. The price was amazing. Assembly was super easy everything came in vacuum sealed bags in boxes 7 pieces all I did was cut open and it expanded the wrinkles evened out after 24 hours. If you’re considering buying this let this be the reason you finally decide yes!! It’s super comfortable also and functional especially being able to rearrange in any set up I want with no hassle . For being a boneless couch it still has amazing support.

We love our couch! It's great quality for a reasonable price, and certainly comfortable! It truly provides that cloud feeling - easy to sleep and lounge on. It's also a plus that no assembly is required - you just take them out of the packages and let them expand on their own! Make sure to fluff and pat them since this will help the cushions find their form. I definitely recommend using a steam iron/steamer to help remove additional wrinkles after the 3rd day or so, too. The first picture is right after I took them out of packages and the last is right after I steam ironed all the pieces and it looks wonderful. I recommend this to anyone who wants the high-end look and feel for an affordable price, you won't be disappointed. The only thing I'd note is that for a "cream-white" color, this appears more ivory with almost grey/cool undertone. It's not as warm-toned as I hoped for but that's no issue, unless you're very particular about color theme and aesthetic.

It’s a beautiful couch, very comfortable. Low to the ground if that’s your preference.PLEASE HAVE A STEAMER OR IRON. It comes very wrinkled and the heat loosens up the fabric . Great purchase! Thick, good quality . Comfy to sleep on! And doesn’t take up too much space

The media could not be loaded. This couch is worth every penny. It was really easy to set up, and I didn’t even have to steam it to get the wrinkles out. As long as you follow the directions when setting it up, everything falls into place. I like that it’s boneless, so it’s easy to move around and adjust. It took about 2–3 days to fully expand, and once it did, the wrinkles went away on their own. I have it on a rug and it doesn’t slide or move, which I like. The color and texture are also really nice in person. The video was taken when the couch was first unboxed after about 10 hours, and the picture was taken a couple months after I got it. It’s super comfy, and both my dog and cat love it too.

I recently moved and needed a couch fast. This one is beautiful, comfortable and fluffy. The shipping was fast, as it arrived in two days . My toddler and I have already fallen asleep on it multiple times . My son accidentally got black crayon and an orange chalk on it (scary, Ik) and both came fully out with a little soap and water. My only cons are that it needs constant fluffing (but that’s expected with a cloud couch) and that it sits a bit low. Other than that I lovee it! Definitely a great buy!

I debated on this couch for literally 4 months and finally did it. So far no regrets, shipping was super fast within a week it had arrived. The wrinkles for me mostly came out on their own. Super comfortable couch and it’s deep. If you’re looking for a firm couch this isn’t it. This is a cozy, deep and fluffy couch. I’ve fallen asleep on it twice by accident and have woken up with no back pain or nothing. It matches perfectly with my decor and wall color. I got the brown and it’s not too dark it’s a perfect balance of brown mocha. I am in love with it! Provides just enough seating without taking too much space in my small living room. No regrets so far. Side comment: some reviews said it doesn’t hold up well without being against a wall. Mine is inches away from the wall to not tug on the curtains. No issues so far whatsoever. Each person is different. This is the perfect lazy couch to watch movies on and be laid out on. Sitting on the edge your weight will cause you to sink closer to the floor so not good support while putting shoes on- it’s a boneless couch be realistic. Photos show how color changes with lighting.

I really like the look and size of this sectional — it fits our living room perfectly and was super easy to set up. That said, I do wish it was more supportive and sturdier, since it definitely has a very soft, sink-in feel. When it arrived, it also needed to be steamed to get the wrinkles out, which took a little extra effort but made a big difference. Overall it’s comfortable and looks nice, just not ideal if you’re looking for something firm or structured and I am worried about the longevity of this product.

I bought this couch for an upstairs loft area that doesn’t get much traffic, i wanted something to fill the space, look nice, and be used here and there for light lounging mostly reading. I can confidently and happily say this couch was perfect for what i was in search of and at what id consider a great price. First two photos are fresh out the box the last two photos are 3 days later and i’d say fully fluffed. I’ll be taking a steamer to it today to smooth it out. It’s comfortable to lay on and just sit on. My 6’ partner can lounge on it with his feet slightly off the ottoman but still comfortable for him. I would suggest it being pushed against a wall to support the back, no funky smell out the box, fluffs up quick and full, may need fluffying here and there to upkeep. It is low, again not uncomfortably low for a taller person to get on and off but consider that. Overall i am very happy with this purchase and the seller as they were quick and helpful with any questions.
