The media could not be loaded. Came in 3 big boxes and it was super easy to put together it is a big couch but I absolutely love it and its depth when in “sleeper mode”. If your questioning to get it do it! It’s comfy to relax on ! I took a chance based upon only one review and I’m so glad I bought this rather the 4-6k couches in store that are similar!     • Easy assembly, but no instructions!!

I just put this couch together myself and I’m very happy with it. It came in 4 boxes and I was able to push all of them into my apartment (I am a 40yr old woman) by myself. Assembly is technically easy, but it took me an hour because it doesn’t come with any directions and there was a lot of trial and error. For anyone reading this that hasn’t assembled yet, the best order to do it is: 1. Divide the pieces into bottom, back, armrests, feet, bolts, and cushions/pillows (these come shrink wrapped so easy to find) 2. Flip over the bottom pieces and screw on all of the feet (including the armrest) 3. Flip the bottom pieces upright and attach the armrests onto the end pieces 4. Attach the storage armrest (if you got one) - you do this by screwing the really long silver sticks into the bottom of it and then shoving it really hard into the longer bottom piece where the 2 holes are. Then open the storage area and put the 2 big bolts in. 5. Attach the back pieces 6. Roll all the now fully assembled sections on their backs and latch them together using the latches underneath 7. Flip fully assembled couch back upright 8. Add the seat cushions 9. Add the backs cushions/pillows 10. The ottoman comes fully assembled and just needs feet screwed on. Overall I like the couch and that it comes apart so it’s easy to move. I dropped one star because it’s not as squishy as I was hoping for (although that may change once it’s had some time to sit) and because I’m having a lot of trouble keeping the latches closed that hold the pieces together. Returned the couch because it was too soft to the point where it felt like we were only sitting on the base of the couch. Im not for sure if you would call the cushioning too soft or bad quality. Easy to assemble and beautiful blue.

I was honestly excited when this first arrived to the house. I was disappointed with the cushions at first, but over time, I feel like they actually weirdly become better. My complaint is I just bought this a few months ago, and one of the legs broke off already. It was like the frame was just stapled together. So we are already missing an end seat. ... show more

Comfortable, but a little more firm than we expected. It will supposedly soften over time, so we'll see. Fair quality construction although it arrived with one of the boxes damaged. One of the armrests was completely broken. There is no way to get ahold of the company to try and get a replacement part, so we will have to try and fix it ourselves as best we can. So keep that in mind... if you have any problems with your purchase, you're probably on your own. Amazon offered a discount for the damaged part, but that doesn't give us a complete couch. It would be great if we could reach the manufacturer so we can purchase a replacement armrest. ... show more
