We had been checking the stores during the different sales for a couple years. Pretty much all of them have the cheap, plastic, handle, that's breaks easily. We found that the ones with the long, solid, handles were almost as expensive as the electric ones. It's ridiculous how much they are. I found this on Amazon that were power, had heat & massage & were much a much cheaper price! We bought two. They're exactly like the ones in the stores for two thousand dollars & up. They were very easy to unpack & put together. The only downsides for us were instead of the two chairs / four boxes coming in together, we had two boxes come in that were both the back part of the chairs. We had to wait three or for days for the second delivery & the two bottoms came in. I don't blame the seller. I use to work in the freight house for a major airline & sometimes things get separated or there isn't enough room so the boxes will be separated. The chairs are comfortable, have been holding up well, the heat & massage are the greatest but they work good enough to know that they're on. The only issue was that the chairs have a side plug so you can charge a device if you want. Both chairs have one plug & neither plug works. I even went back & searched both chairs thinking that I must have missed a plug but didn't see anything that wasn't plugged in. The chairs are great though & I'm glad I didn't buy them for the plug to charge devices. If either of these chair ever stopped working I won't hesitate to get in touch with this person to buy a replacement.

While this chair is nice, it is very hard. It caused me pain. The lower reading is because when I tried to return it the seller said it would cost $80 to return. But when I went to UPS, they said it would be over $300. On the upside, the seller was ready to communicate with

Exactly as pictured. 3 boxes arrived. Easy to put together! Fabric soft and appealing! Great massage feature! Slow to warm/heating feature. Great sturdy/solid chair... Only reason I gave only 4 stars... seat not plush... its firm... will take time to brake in seat to be my kind of comfy.

Just got it and very pleased. Just know you get what you pay for so it is less quality then more expensive models but for the price extremely nice. I’m 5.11 190 pounds with 36 inch legs so I’m long legged. My feet hang off a little but not bad as far as the seat I have about 4 inches on each side. It is comfortable but a little stiff, I love the heat and massage. Heat gets hot but massage could be a little more but not to bad. We have a dog and the hair doesn’t stick to it. I would recommend for the price for sure.

Zero stars. The chair started out good, when it actually worked. It sits low to the ground below the knees I’m 5’7 and it’s low on me. It has lost all cushion in the lower back of the chair and you can now feel the actual wood support frame in the back where the fluff used to be now the wood just jams you in the back. I would have never spent $400 on this it’s is not the quality of a $400 chair. I am now past the return time having owned it and used it for two months. The heating element works when it wants it doesn’t care what the timer is set to and two massaging heads have stopped working. Sad I really needed and wanted this chair to work as I am home with new baby but a rocker would have been a better decision with my own heating pad that is reliable plus that would have been cheaper. Hopefully my review saves someone else from my mistake there’s no way I’ll get my money back now.

The massage nodes are very uncomfortable when sitting on the edge of the chair or sitting on one leg crossed underneath you. And the heating feature does not work. When you are reclining in it, it is fine. It is to big to return or I would have.
