Cheap plastic connectors that break and they don't provide extras. I feel like the Instructions were entirely out of order. You need to install the shelves BEFORE you put the top frame on, or it won't go on at all. Shipping was fast it arrived in 3 boxes a day earlier than expected. Since this was being built in an area about 100 miles away from where it was delivered I didn't open the boxes to ensure all parts were there, that was my mistake. The missing pieces were support beams for the roof. While I was able to complete the construction of said shed I did have to purchase a beam to finish the support. Now it says that it should take 2-3 people 2-3 hours to complete the build of this project. Reality was 2 people did it in 3 days. If you have all the pieces and don't weatherproof it it could take you 2 days. We are using this in the Arizona desert so we used some spay foam to make it more conducive for our area. The instruction are poorly written and don't tell you that you may need to align holes and if they don't line up you will need to drill your own. So make sure to have a drill on hand. I recommend watching a video on youtube to ensure you know how to put it together otherwise you may get frustrated like I did and want to throw it away. ... show more
