The chair is large, solid, and comfortable with a really wide range of reclining options. It can recline almost all the way back for sleeping. The color matched my other living room couches, but is more white than beige. The chair should be put near an outlet in order for the recliner and massage components to work. Cool chair with a massage feature that feels really good. It helps a lot with my back pain and provides great relaxation. The chair came in two cube-shaped boxes, well packed with no damage or missing parts. Installation was pretty easy, it took about 20 minutes to figure out and assemble. All the necessary tools were included. I think it’s a great price for the quality.

It's easy to put together and good value for what you get, but it looked like it would be soft but its very firm which was a let down. The massage function sucks, it just vibrates and doesn't really massage. The heated back works but it doesn't have any heat levels

I’ve been using the Oversized Dual Motor Power Lift Recliner for a little while now, and it’s honestly one of the most comfortable chairs I’ve owned. The dual motor makes a big difference—you can adjust the back and footrest separately, so it’s easy to get just the right position. The massage and heating features are a nice bonus, especially after a long day. I also love how wide and roomy it feels, without looking bulky in the living room. The waffle fabric is soft but still feels durable, and the side pockets are super handy for keeping my phone and remote close by. Overall, it’s made relaxing at home so much better.

Chair power plug was broken upon opening the box. Product looked used not brand new. It looks like it may of been a nice chair but never got to try it because of power plug being frayed and split and it wouldn't turn on.

I bought this recliner for my dad after his knee surgery, and it’s been a lifesaver for him getting in and out of the chair. The lift function is smooth and quiet, and he especially likes using the heat setting in the evenings to ease stiffness. It’s a pretty big chair, so it definitely makes more sense in a larger living room, but the wide seat feels roomy and supportive. Assembly was straightforward, though it did come in two boxes so plan on having a helper if you’re moving it upstairs. Now it’s basically his favorite spot in the house he naps in it daily and keeps the remote and his crossword puzzle tucked in the side pocket.
