I love this chaise (chair/ottoman). I put it together myself in under 30 minutes. No tools needed. It is soft and comfortable. Seems very well constructed. It sits lower to the ground than expected but that is easily remedied with chair leg lifters/extenders. Under $20 on Amazon. I am 5โ€3 and about 120 lbs so actually perfect for me ๐Ÿ˜€. This chair is very comfortable in addition to being so cute and stylish. It was delivered way ahead of schedule and came in 2 boxes. Assembly was a breeze and only took about 15-20 minutes (no tools needed). I was able to do it by myself. Iโ€™ve sat on it quite a bit already and itโ€™s very sturdy and well made. The color is spot on and just as pictured. My only complaint is that it does sit very low - lower than I anticipated. For reference, I am 5โ€™9, so it may not be an issue for others. I ended up buying some furniture risers and that helped a lot, so problem resolved. Overall, I love this chair and I am very happy with the purchase! ... show more

Honestly they get zeros stars. I got a defective chair and tried returning it. They have done nothing but give me the run around asking for pictures and videos which I have provided and they keep asking for more. So it looks like Iโ€™m going to have to pay to ship it back.
