I seldom leave reviews and have never purchased a large furniture item from Amazon. However, I messaged the seller before purchasing and he was so responsive and helpful that I decided to bite the bullet. This went in a small teen hangout space so I didn’t want to spend a fortune on the original from Rest…Hard…. (I know white…but the fabric is great and washable- though dry cleaning is recommended). Communication: The seller emailed all tracking numbers as soon as they were created and shipping was remarkably fast. The last 2 of 8 boxes arrived a few days later and seller again provided a shipping update. I received the entire set within 9 total days (it would have been 2 days earlier but FedEx had a weather delay). Packaging: Unbelievable attentive. There are even plastic corner protectors on all the boxes. They arrived pristine with instructions in each box. Setup: Pretty much unpack it and ready to go. Back and corner pieces quickly slide on. Cushions are vac sealed- advised to give 48 hours to fluff up. However, I found they pop up pretty quickly. Slipcover the frame (which is in a cloth sleeve to protect it) and lock in latches if you choose. Mine are on an area rug and they don’t move at all. If it was on the wood floor, I would have snapped the connectors together. Tip: I followed the advice of another reviewer and steamed the covers and cushions to get the wrinkles out. Slightly time consuming, but I think worthwhile. It also expedited the fluffing of the cushions. Quality: Blown away for the price. It’s solid. The blend of foam/feathers is perfect for sink in comfort, but it doesn’t flatten out. Yes, it’s down so you will need to fluff, but nothing like the original cloud sofa. Material is soft and one cover had a spot on it (which I’m sure the seller would have assisted if I contacted), but I had no problem with spot cleaning it. The middle pieces need the latch brackets connected and a screwdriver is even included. Those two pieces were literally the only real manual assembly aside from sliding on the backs and corners. Everything connected as expected. Can’t speak to the longevity of this, but I’m genuinely shocked by the level of service, comfort and overall quality of this. I honestly wouldn’t hesitate to place this in any room of the house in a different configuration. You can also order extra covers in an array of colors down the road (info is in the box upon delivery). So happy with this purchase and the kids def like it too! ... show more

Color: White+4 Seat Couch With 2 Ottoman Size: 6-Seater
This was so easy to put together. We got all the pieces. The covers- and the cushions covers- are actually removable and washable (you can even order different colors) The seller actually reached out to make sure I was happy with the purchase and received everything. It’s a huge couch and so comfy. Definitely worth it ... show more

    • Over size sofa
Color: White+3 Seat Couch With Ottoman Size: 3 Seater+1 Ottoman
New and Snow White beautiful, nothing to dislike about it I would recommend it to anyone who has a large living space to accommodate it. Also I like the fact that it’s waterproof and the fabric is machine washable, to keep it clean and maintainable.

Review Image by Mary K. Patire Mary K. Patire
In July I made the decision to move across the country, the down side of the move was my custom white slip covered sectional sofa would not fit in the elevator of high rise building.I made the move in September. I researched modular sofas and found a few that I loved, unfortunately I could not wait until March 2025. I kept coming back to this sofa and decided to give it a go. Quick delivery. The cushions arrive vacuum packed so you will need to let them breath for about 48 hours prior to placing covers on, also you will need to iron covers and use steamer to get all the wrinkles out, it took some time to complete this process but well worth the outcome. Some have mentioned that the covers are machine washable. I would not recommend, nor does the manufacturer. I did experience an accident with some chocolate but I used a little Dawn soap on wet cloth and it disappeared. Now having had three down sofas you need to fluff and care for it. I am very pleased with this purchase and believe me I researched this purchase thoroughly. Also, the manufacturer offers a wide variety of slipcovers that you can purchase if you tire of white. I am very pleased with the purchase and this is coming from a person whose prior sofa was custom $$$. I highly recommend. Now to find the perfect coffee table. ... show more

    • NOT COMFORTABLE
Color: White+2 Seat Couch With Ottoman Size: LoveSeat+1 Ottoman
This couch is NOT comfortable!!! I purchased the loveseat with ottoman and it was a horrible experience. I've only had it for 2 months and decided to sell it. You will have to constantly fluff it to give it a little cushion. Once sat on, it just goes flat and stays flat. It is aesthetically pleasing, but comfort wise I would NOT recommend. ... show more

I’m so pleased with this couch. The down feathers make it extremely comfortable, and it is very spacious. I was worried about the size being too small, but I’m 5’6” and can lay on it lengthwise comfortably. Due to the depth of the cushions, i can also comfortably share it with my 10 year old son, using the ottoman. The photos are from day 2, so the cushions are still expanding. I also share one of me sitting on the couch to give you a better idea of the size of the couch. Overall, very pleased! ... show more
