I waited 3 months to put up a review to be sure of what I was buying (this is the most expensive thing I’ve ever bought on Amazon) This was a gift for my wife who is disabled and suffers from severe muscular knots and pain. The media could not be loaded. Luxurious and comfortable for big people. Family loves it. I'm 6ft 315lbs muscular with wide shoulders so this was my Christmas present to myself. My wife was skeptical at first and thought it was too pricey....until she sat in it for a 20 min massage and fell asleep 5 mins into the massage and only woke up a few minutes after the massage was complete. This was a good investment for me and this chair was worth it. If anything changes I will update my review a month or two from now. 1/17/26 update: Surprisingly I use this chair almost every night around 11pm before going to bed and I've been sleeping way better than before. Had a doctor appointment yesterday and my vitals improved significantly. The chairs premium faux leather material makes it feel and look luxurious and i is well built. The features on this chair is comparable to the $5000-$7000 chairs. I paid $2199 for this chair from Caretech making it the obvious choice. This chair is also sold by Relaxrelife and Healthrelife on Amazon but Caretech sells it $200 cheaper. My wife's friends are very impressed with the look and massage of this chair. My neighbor stopped by sat in it for a 20 min massage and now she wants one. My only issue with this chair is that I cannot fine tune or adjust my massage before starting it. I cannot change anything if I pause the massage. I can only adjust and tune my massage while it is running and this is not so easy for me when the chair is in zero gravity mode and my hands are in the arm rest massage pockets. But having the robot massage app on my phone helps me adjust the settings to my preference while massage is running. Also, the A606 beige chair advertised on Amazon came with a button remote control. I got the updated version which came with a touchscreen tablet which is a huge plus for me. Bigger screen, easier touchscreen options. The app basically turns your phone into the tablet. And by the way, this chair is design for big people to fit comfortably in it, therefore, the delivery box is huge and will not fit through your average front door. I had it delivered to my garage. I unboxed the chair in my garage and had to remove my entire garage entry door and frame to get this chair into my family room. Chair is 32 inches wide, garage door was 30 inches wide, entire door removed was 32 1/2 inches wide and the chair just made it through. So do keep in mind this is a big boys chair and you NEED a 32inch wide clearance.

Stop looking at other chairs. Get this one immediately! It fit through my doorway of 31-1/2". Im 6-3" 250lbs. I wish it would climb to the top of my big ass neck but that's a tall order! The massage is awesome! I turn the settings all the way up and love it! I use it every morning before work and every night before bedtime. Its the absolute best you're going to find without spending 10k.

I tried chairs up to $10,000. This chair felt better than any of them. My wife falls asleep every time she uses it. Says oversized and it is slightly larger overall but we both fit into it fine. Be aware it is wider than most, so make sure it will fit through your door.

Easy install, but take it out the box if you have a pivoting stair well. For the price you are getting a helluvah massage chair due to all the modes and features. I gave it a 4 out of 5 just because I find the rollers to be a tad too hard on my shoulder blades, and the foot rollers feel good, but after a while I gotta turn them off. One last thing, maybe it is just me but I don't feel the heat. The manual says it takes 5 minutes to heat up, so you need to be sure to turn it on in the beginning of 20 minute massage, but I guess I was expectin it to be warmer. I am still trying to figure out to turn off the rollers and bags and just lounge with heat for the colder months coming. Other than that, I love the quick modes, and the ability to adujst airbag pressure and shoulder width. The Shitatsu is my fav on the lower back and tailbone. The bluetooth speakers are a nice feature and easy to connect. There are a lot of hidden modes I haven't yet explored like 4D mode. The Zero G is a full recline (feet above heart good for injury). One last thing is a a key difference between buying a higher end massage chair is the leg, calf, and foot attachment is fully automated to adjust to your height so your knees are not poking up when reclined because on this chair you just get a spring that pushes your feet up and knees out, so you need to make sure your push down with your feet to allow the airbags lock your legs. Okay, other than that this chair is a great value for the money if the 3 year support is true and the chair holds up with normal use and no rough play. I looked at in well known store brands, and was about to get a deal on a floor model, but the store manager screwed the sales reps quote up, so I looked around more and settled on this one. It seems to be the best for the money, and it saved me $ 800 from getting the higher end floor models. I would reccommend this for the price point and features that are no in some if the high end entry models.

Absolutely love the zero gravity, all the choices of auto massages and the fact you can adjust any massage. This is definitely the best bang for your buck. I've researched these chairs for over 2 years. This is hands down the best chair.
