If I could go lower I would. This wagon started off good, it seemed great actually. Large with plenty of space…well… We’ve had it for 3 months and it already has holes in the netting underneath & the main part on top, a wheel has broke, screws randomly loosen and fall out… and in case you’re wondering, no we aren’t doing anything extreme with the wagon. Literally tried to fold it up and the wheel snapped. There’s probably more that I can’t even think of. It’s ridiculous. Don’t waste your money on this. It’s expensive and overpriced garbage.

Love the wheels and sturdiness of the frame. The handle bar could be more sturdy, but I haven't put much weight in it yet to know if it's sufficient. The material used for the hammocks is thin. Not sure how it will hold up, but it cleans up well. Case in point, I had to send the first one back as the material was cut in one spot where the box was broken through when I received it. It was returned and the replacement came quickly. Kudo's for customer return process.

Broke the bottom rail plastic connectors on second use while folding up. Customer service contacted me and shipped a new one right away. Purchased another one because they stand with they product.

I really wanted to like this cart. I love the color options and the beefy wheels and tubes. It rolls smoothly and will handle a heavy load. However when trying to collapse the cart there is too much pressure on the plastic couplings that attach to the tubes. First the top one broke, then the bottom. I tried to super glue one of them back together, and initially it seemed to hold. But as soon as I got it back together and tested collapsing the cart again it snapped. Barely a month since purchase and Amazon won’t let me return it. Also there’s no way to find replacement parts. Apparently it’s an import so I’m SOL.

This was a big hit when we used it! Got tons of compliments, and other families even ended up getting their own. The 2 layers works great with being able to hull around more, in a more organized fashion which makes for taking what you need out of it a bit easier.

I’ve only used it once so far, and I’ll be sure to update if my review changes. This wagon is absolutely fantastic. I’m in an adult kickball league and needed to upgrade our wagon. This feels like I got the kickball version of a mini van. It holds literally everything 2 adults we need for kickball: cleats, big lunchbox/small cooler, small storage tub I use as a first aid kit, 2 large picnic blankets (got smart and fit BOTH on the left side where the straps and buckles are), 2 canopies that are 10’x10’ each, two camping chairs, and MORE. It was so easy to pull, that you can see my 6 year old lil buddy having no trouble at all! We decided to take the wagon’s wheels off (super simple) and just load the wagon with our stuff right into the trunk of our SUV. We loaded our canopies and camping chairs separately. So now when we need to get it out at our next game, we just slide it out from the back hatch and pop the wheels back on. I really love this wagon.
