I admit it, I didn't want to pay the cost of this wagon, so originally I bought a cheaper red wagon with wooden slats on the sides to hold stuff in. It did NOT meet my expectations, the instructions were AWFUL, and the wagon didn't last. Neither did my patience. At the urging of my mom...who said she'd pay for this bad boy, I ordered it. Now, assembly is pretty easy if you pay attention to what you're doing. I assembled it backwards once - not anyone's fault but mine. I'm an older woman, not retired yet, thank you very much, and I assembled it myself. It is TERRIFIC! We haul the groceries from the car to the house...when it's 120 outside in the Nevada heat, you are grateful for wheeled transportation for groceries! I love being able to let the sides down to haul bags of dirt and mulch. Oh, and my cat Ralphie enjoys going for a ride in the wagon (just inside the house though!) So - yeah. Love this wagon - didn't even have to pump up the tires! ... show more

This is a well built, strong yard cart or child's wagon. It took me about an hour to assemble. You will need a 13mm wrench and best to have 2 x 13mm socket wrenches.

High quality and very nice in appearance. Extremely useful for lawn and garden routines & jobs. Well put together, ease of movement and maneuvering is nimble. Actually bought it for play, though, for my son’s young family: my 3 1/2 and 1 1/2 aged grandkids. So the wagon is functional and useful for lawn jobs— with a 400lb capacity — but is also fantastic fun for kid play too! The set up was more complex than I thought, instructions do not specify size and type of tools needed. Had to make a couple of unanticipated runs to the hardware store to get the right sized sockets and even a needle nose plier for a couple bolts and screws in tight spaces. I got to tell you though, what a magical gift a pull wagon is for young kids. Even the set up was fun, working it together with the 3 1/2 grand child. And wagon playtime is something they’ll long remember. NOTE TO Manufacturer: specify tools needed; label the parts to instruction sheet. Re-engineer the design in some places so make it easier to assemble by a typical DIYer. ... show more

I relied on the video to buy it thinking it was going to be easy to assemble by one person (just myself) using hand tools and no power tools would be required. The reality is that this cart is too heavy, the nuts are too tight, the joins are very awkwardly positioned and the instruction manual had incorrect pictures and inaccurate text to complete the assembly less than 15 minutes. It took my husband and myself over 4 hours to assemble it as the nuts were almost impossible to tightened fully. I gripped pliers on the bolt while my husband turned a wrench on the nut to tightened them. There were 14 of these nuts to tighten onto 14 bolts - many of which were in very awkward positions making it difficult for both of us to to work efficiently. The pictures in the manual did NOT correctly illustrate how the joins were to be made. Two calls to customer support resulted in correct directions not in the manual. One of the four wheels is wobbly making the steering bumpy. It is advertised as having a capacity of 400lbs but the tires display a maximum weight limit of 300lbs. The steps in manual seemed out of order which added complexity to the assembly. I got a bleeding bruise in my left shin when flipping the cart over per the manual instructions. Both my husband and I now have lower back pain from the flipping of the cart and the awkward positions of the joins. It should have instructed to attach the 4 side walls after assembly the rear and front axles - not afterwards. I really regret having to put this wagon/cart together. The packaging advised that it can be disassembled for smaller storage but I cannot fathom disassembling it just to re-assemble it. Too many headaches and pains in the back. ... show more

OK, so this wagon definitely exceeded my expectations. So far I've only used it to carry wood and it's great! With its weight limit I can really pack it and pile even more on top. It's easy to steer and roll despite the amount of weight that it's carrying and it maneuvers well over uneven ground and tight turns. I can fill my 3x4 foot wood stand with 3 trips which is way better than when I was using a wheelbarrow. It can definitely be used to haul all types of things. It was pretty easy and quick to put together, like other reviews said, keep in mind that you have to have your own tools and have to fill the tires with air.
