Easy to use. I love that it is easy to clean. I just don't understand the green and red light for a preheat. So I just put a sandwich on it after I spray it and make my sandwich. It doesn't cook well when you have cheese and a meat product. I bet you could cook pancakes in this or waffle. Anything is possible. ... show more

Just take in consideration the plates aren't removable, so cleaning can be a bit tricky. You have to wait for it to cool and then wipe it down carefully, not a huge deal, but removable plates would’ve made it perfect.
