I originally purchased this toy when my dog was a puppy and he destroyed it after a few weeks, but he loved it while it lasted. Now that he is an adult I tried it again and he adores this stuffy. He takes it everywhere, even when waiting for meals and he sleeps with it. It's his comfort toy, his companion, his gift to show people he loves. It has lasted 4 months so far, and will likely need to be replaced too from being so loved. Since my dog loves it so much, I now give them as gifts. My 5 pound yorkie is an agressive chewer and thinks she is a pitbull. Her toys, even ones claiming to be indestructible, have the squeakers ripped out and eyes eaten off within a few hours. This hedgehog is adorable. I bought the medium and my 9 week old puppy loved it but it seemed a little too big for him. I ordered the small not realizing it only squeaks. That was a little disappointing but it’s okay. The little one is just the right size. I put the medium away for later. I hope they are durable. So far he doesn’t tear toys apart. My laptop cord, yes, but not his toys. Update: Unfortunately the small one wasn’t very durable. This was the first toy my puppy ripped open. The seams came apart.
