I was so looking forward to wearing this coat. And I do like it. Wore it this evening as the temp dipped down a bit. I believe it will keep me warm this Winter. Fits well and I love the faux fur around the hood. My biggest complaint is the zippers on the front and on the pockets. Very flimsy. Front zipper doesn't zip smoothly at all and it's just not a quality zipper. The zippers on the pockets just downright suck. Pockets are straight up and down, not slanted and when I go to put my hands in the teeth on the zipper are pretty sharp and catch on the backs of my fingers. The overall lining and thickness are fine though and I'm sure I will get good use out of the coat this winter but will look for a new one next year. ... show more

The coat has two pockets that are very small and have a pretend button flap which is tacky. The zipper is crap. I can’t zip the jacket, thankful there are buttons to close coat. The ties that are meant to tighten coat are also poorly made. You should not be seeing fluff fuzz come out when you adjust the strings. Use an extra $20 and buy a better coat. ... show more

They did not ship the correct size. Its far too big to wear so i cant make it work. Zipper gets stuck easily. The material feels and look very cheap. Not a good deal at all.

I'm a 2X but with coats from Amazon sellers I always go a size or two up and it works. However with this coat I had strong doubts so I went with a 5X. STILL TOO SMALL. It barely closes. The only reason I gave this coat one star is because it looks the same in the photo. Luckily I'm on a weight loss journey so I will keep it. Plus UPS is too far away, or else I would send this crap back. Unbelievable ... show more
