    • Poor quality, not durable, horrible instructions

First off instructions that came with it weren’t even in English. We downloaded the English instructions and even then they weren’t easy to follow. Luckily my husband was handy enough to figure it out. The metal is extremely thin and very poor quality. It crinkles and bends while trying to put the screws in place (not over tightening the screws either). Some of the metal was crinkled in the box upon arrival we had to try to bend it back into shape before using it. I haven’t had it up long enough to see how it does as far as being weatherproof but it doesn’t look like it will leak when it rains. It looks OK from a distance all put together but is definitely not the right product if you’re looking for a long-term durable shed. I was very disappointed with this purchase. The materials is very cheesy and flimsy and not sturdy at all I call the customer service trying to get a resolution and their services was awful I recommend that you do not buy this shed it’s a total rip off and they should refund me all my money and be ashamed of selling a horrible product like this.     • Shed not as advertised. Poor engineering.

Boxes arrived in undesirable condition, and when opened many of the panels arrived dented. The packaging was not protective of the item/panels. We assembled it anyway, as it was just a shed (expensive, though). The instructions for assembly were lacking in sensibility. Many of the panel screw holes did not line up, and had to be drilled to connect. We assembled it on concrete. Very disappointed in this purchase! Do not recommend. Also, the directions said that it would take two persons 3 hours to assemble!!!! Oh how very wrong! It took days, as the panels and screw holes were not matching, as per instructions. For the cost of the product, I could have bought lumber, and paid someone to build it. I also paid two people $250 to assemble this, and both were very capable and competent. ... show more

My product arrived with a lot of missing pieces. Outsunny mailed what was needed promptly each time, but this was a pretty tough tool shed to put together. You need to caulk all gaps and screw spots to prevent future wasp/bee/rodent activity as the gaps are plentiful. You need wood to give it flooring and optionally strengthen the walls. ... show more

Came with several damaged pieces, was easily further damaged during assembly. Slight color variation in metal panels. Directions could be better. It serves it’s purpose as pool storage but I wish I would have spent the extra money and got a more sturdy built one.

The shed serves the purpose we bought it for. To keep yard equipment in it and free up space in another shed we have. However, I had to drill new holes to attach the bottom of the back to the bottom rail. None of the holes were even close, and I double checked that it was correctly assembled.
