This is of averasge quality -it's not been up in winter yet so no telling ..the cover is low grade so I expect Ill have to put another layer over it . The instructions are abyssmal . Just some terrible drawings with no words. I have put up two car sized ones before --so that was the only thing that helped me figure it out-- I cannot imagine putting this together if I had not had prior experience. I loved the tent when we got it. It was easy to put together and nicer than expected. It did not survive the Phoenix Az summer. It only lasted 5 months. when I contacted the company they immediately resolved the problem with a refund or replacement. Expected an enclosure that would fit well, be sturdy, and seal against the weather. This structure uses three tarps to connect to the metal framework. The three do not attach to one another which leave gaps in the structure allowing wind and rain to enter. It also does not come all the way to the ground on all four sides. There is poor support for the upper part as the only connectors for the four corners are about 1 foot from the ground, and only on the sides. The fabric for this tent is very light weight. The assembly instructions are limited to 4 or 5 sketches. Instructions even advise taking it down in adverse weather. Cant handle even moderate snow. Would have returned it but missed the very short deadline.

This tent overall worked out great for my need. Only complaint I have is the installation instructions were very brief and mainly pictures. Parts all go together very easily and well made. Pretty good. The instructions aren't the best, but pretty easy to figure out. I put it up by myself, but would definitely be easier with two people. The tarp seems a little thin so I took off one star.
