  • Great tire for the money, big bang for the buck!
Very impressed with these, I wasn't expecting much or was trying not too. All the reviews on here are what made me buy these. I have a 2000 Suzuki TL1000R that had some old tires that needed replacing. Let me tell you, these tires are very confidence inspiring, especially in turns. I have gotten these bad boys down to the last few millimeters, did a few knee droppers if you catch my drift. The grip is there, even when cold they have pretty good grip. Once warmed up, they grip really well, for the money I paid for these, I can't believe the value to performance you get. I am by no means a expert nor have I been riding for a million years but I think the general consensus with these are spot on. If you're looking to get a high quality budget tire that gives you bang for the buck, these are it. I cannot comment on the longevity of these but they seem to be holding up really well. I'll probably do an update review once they need replacing (probably another set of these) but for now they seem great. Shipping was pretty quick, about 3 days total and they came in a open cardboard box that had straps all the way around. ... show more

  • Probably the best bang for your buck.
I bought my GSX-R1000 K5 with these tires already on it. I don't know how many miles were ridden on these tires before me but I put another 4,800 miles on them before they were too worn to ride anymore and they performed just fine for me. I never tried them out on a track, but once they're warmed up they're pretty sticky through whatever twisty roads you can throw at them. And just ~$155 for a new set of tires is a pretty damn good deal. I'm looking forward to seeing how many miles I'll actually get from a new set. Update: 2015/09/15: Well I finally wore them down to the belt! These tires lasted me just over 6,000 miles. My bike is my daily commuter, but I also seize any opportunity to ride hard and go fast! Also, I used DynaBeads for balancing, instead of the traditional lead weights. So, given how well they perform and how long they last, I couldn't say no to the price and ordered these same tires again. I'm a very satisfied repeat customer! ... show more

  • Great value
For a set for my 2016 R1, these are great tires. I put these on thinking I would have to ride precautiously for the first 50 or so miles, but they are great right out of the box. I would HIGHLY RECOMMEND these tires. The speed index is great for the crowded city that I reside in (Atlanta), and they feel as if your riding on air. They are smooth, you don't "feel the road", take curves as if you're on a track. Overall great tires. ... show more

  • Great tire.
These are the second set I have purchased. These will build confidence cornering hard on a relatively heavy bike. Didn't last as long as I had hoped but at this cost and the way I chose to ride, these will be my go to.

  • Fantastic tires
I had Bridgestone Battlax Tire on my 1400 Kawasaki Concord they was so Bad So Bad I am very casual rider less than 4000 miles in 3 years front tire turn steel belt was showing very bad the back tire look ok but the turning in the tire from new till the time I change Tires was Very Unnerving. The CONTINENTAL MOTION Tire Set are the Best I ever Owen I feel like my 1400 Kawasaki was 600 sport bike around curves and comers and a very smooth ride on the freeway. I was thinking about selling my bike but these CONTINENTAL MOTION Tire Set just Change my Mind.... ... show more

  • Continental motion
i had purchased these tires in the past for my R6, GSX-R600, R1, now buying for 2nd set for my GSX1300R because the Continental attack 4 cost $50 more and they are about the same I've road in the rain with these at high speed 65-70mph and they ran fine for me

  • Great value on this set of tires.
This set it going on my 2012 Speed Triple but it is my third pair of these - for the price they are a great value with deep tread. First two sets on my heavy 2008 Kawasaki Concours - rear tire lasted around 5K - front lasted for 2 rears, but was feathered (not cupped) at the edges from cornering. I am in Florida so they endured many miles on straight roads and took on Deals Gap and Cherohala Skyway as well with no issues. They handle well in the rain too, admittedly I don't try to fully lean over in those conditions but the braking was steady and stable with no ABS kicking on. I mounted them and balanced them using Motion Pro 08-0049 Tire Iron Set and E-Z Tire Beads Motorcycle Kit, Ceramic Balancing 2 oz Front + 2 oz Rear and felt great and well balanced up to 110MPH (closed course only, of course!) after which there was some noticeable vibration coming through the bars. I'll try to post again later with mileage estimates. I am running around 40PSI in these tires. ... show more

  • shipper MASS DEPOT damaged the tire
The media could not be loaded. if gotten a lot of tires online. I don't blame amazon but I do blame the seller/shipper. as you can see from the pics. they put the straps so tight on the tire I wouldn't use it. to the point that the front tire was completely folded over into a V. they were bent in half. and these are going on a Yamaha r1 with work done to it and I do go high speeds. I own 4 motorcycles actually, rc51, vtx1300, hayabusa. anyways I have no idea when you just need to keep the tires together. it dousnt even save any room just changes the shape of the tire buy strapping it like that and bending it and leaving it like that while it travels ground from cali to florida. when I cut the straps it did stay in its shape for while till I pop them back into shape buy you could see with your eye it wasn't a circle shape anymore. needless to say I sent back the tire, just don't feel its save, don't understand why it was shipped like that. never seen anything like that before when I got a set of tires I have spoken to people that have rode the tire and they say its a good tire. I just had a bad experience with buyer shipper and don't want to put a new tire which has been crushed and bent into a position it should never be in for a week ... show more
