Ok, the patio set is lovely and will meet our needs perfectly. That is the only reason it gets 3 stars. However, the assembly was a nightmare. There are no labels on any parts and many parts look the same. There is nothing to differentiate Part A1 from A2..... until you start putting it together and realize there are slight differences. After several tries, we figured it out but it was the most frustrating experience. Even the hardware was thrown into one bag and had to be sorted. We were short screws and had to improvise. The Allen wrench they give you is a joke. You definitely need a drill and hex bit. We bought all new patio furniture and have put alot of stuff together lately. This was by far the WORST thing to put together. I am scarred from the experience and will probably not sit on it for awhile. We are not friends right now. Screw this set. First, it came with no screws.. I should’ve known it was downhill from there! None of the screw opening lined up! I couldn’t even put it together! My son ruined the boxes so I can’t return it, I’ve lost money without a set to go in my sunroom! We tried for 2 days with 3 people!! No luck this is absolute bull 💩💩💩 ... show more

Product is wrapped plastic and comes unwrapped. I used electrical tape to hold spots that do start to unravel. Sturdy and nice to to look at and used.
