  • I love my swing!! :)
Color: Brown
Update 7 years later: I have enjoyed my swing for seven years. It has held up very well, until this morning. I'm sad to say it finally succumbed to wear. I was laying on it one minute and fell right through the next. Lol. Farewell, friend. Thanks for the years of relaxation. I have always wanted a swing and finally decided to get one. I looked around in stores and online and decided to give this one a shot. I put it together by myself... yes, alone! I won't say it was easy... lol. But that's only because certain parts were awkward without a second person to hold one side. I just took my time, followed instructions and I think it took my maybe an hour plus some. Again, there was a lot of me getting one end together then trying to do the opposite end and having the first end fall out bc I am one person ;) But it wasn't difficult if you follow the steps. It comes with two dif sized Allen wrenches for two dif sized screws. Just make sure you're using the correct ones. Canopy was easy to attach. Swing part attaches easily. Cushions velcro on and off easy to store. Pillow are a little small. Not a big deal except if you are trying to prop it up against the end to lean on, it kind of falls through. I bought a cover for it, which I also reviewed, to use when they call for rain. I also bought a storage box to hold the cushions. The canopy prob won't hold a lot of rain if it's out in the elements so I am not taking a chance. I think in the winter, I will remove the canopy to wash, remove the swing part and store that in my shed and leave the frame on my patio. ... show more

  • Pretty Cool
Color: Brown
I've had this for about 2? years now. We got our product, it takes 2 TWO people to assemble, and was very medium difficulty level to assemble, but it has been sturdy and working well even in high winds it did not blow away! The top shade cover part might blow to invert based on high wind. I bought a canopy cover for it for winter, I would recommend buying a cover for winter. The swing converts to a swinging bed very easily to nap on. We have sat two chonky people on here and it has held up. There are cup holder/side tables plastic that let you hold your drinks, very neato. I love my swing. ... show more

  • Awesome service by Awsom co.
Color: Brown
I ordered this Outsunny 3-seater patio swing set at Amazon. The product reached me in 2 boxes quickly after the order. But one of the boxes look tampered and resealed that I could see from the duct tape continuity/patching. When I tried to assemble the swing, I found that I had two Part Ds (beams) instead of Parts C & D. These two parts are the two halves of the main top beam. Part C has reduced(crimpled) diameter pipe for about 4" at the end so that it could be inserted into Part D for bolting assembly. Obviously I could not assemble two Part Ds. So I immediately contacted Awsom, the manufacturer. Thought initially there were some delays, they replaced the entire unit 3 weeks later. I assembled and looks good and works fine. Easy to assemble and very nice design. Works fine but I am using it indoor. Customer support by Awsom co. is great and genuine. I would recommend this manufacturer to anyone to buy their products. ... show more

  • Canvas seat ripped apart after guest sat on it
Color: Brown
Previous review: (See update below) The structure seems decent and solid. The paint was scratched off of the poles in multiple spots when it arrived. (This could be a result of shipping/packaging problems). Assembly was simple but definitely a two man job. Took about an hour. There were some bolts/nuts missing for the top canopy harness. I had to buy replacement nuts and bolts to replace them. The top canopy fabric attaches to the device by velcro straps. The top canopy part is very flimsy. I constructed the swing, left on vacation for a week, and when I came back I found it toppled over on it's side. It catches the wind like a sail and you will find it knocked down unless you secure it to the ground or put it against a wall or something. To fix this problem, I have mine against the side of my deck railing. The actual fabric of the seat/bed seems kind of flimsy. It looks as if it would rip if you put a lot of pressure on one spot. I wouldn't try to stand on it or anything like that. Shipping wise: a disaster. The box it arrived in was tattered with pieces of tubing coming out of the side. It looked like it originally had some plastic straps to hold it together, but those were all cut and the package was reassembled with packing tap. It was a disaster, the worst packing job I have seen yet. Oh, and it didn't come with instructions for assembly. (or they fell out somewhere on it's voyage). If it arrived with the paint still intact and a more heavy duty canopy mechanism/structure, I might have given this four stars just because of the pice. The price is cheap but is obviously subsidizing the low cost shipping. I can't imagine this swing would last longer than a year outside without starting to fall apart. Either way, a solid 2 stars for a disposable porch swing. The thing I am most concerned about with this swing, is how I am going to dispose of it once it breaks. Not looking forward into disassembling it and placing it next to the curb. (Will it even fit into the garbage truck?) Hopefully, it gives me a solid 5 years. It's made it about a month so far with only rust appearing on the areas where the paint was scratched off in shipping. Update (about 9 months later): Had a guest over who sat on the swing without the cushion on. The seating canvas fabric ripped and they fell right through. We called the manufacturer about the warranty and they told us they only offered a 90 day warranty and that they don't sell replacement parts. Now the canvas is garbage and the whole swing has to be disassembled and dragged to the curb for garbage pickup. Do no buy this thing at any cost. A huge pain in shipping, assembly, disassembly, and quality. Please save yourself the trouble and do not buy this product. ... show more
