Just got this up yesterday. It went together pretty easily. The instructions weren't bad, but could definitely be a bit more helpful. The bigger issue is figuring out the adjustment of the arms and the pitch and getting it to close properly once you have it all up. That took the longest. But overall I'm very happy and hope to have it for many years to come.

We are thrilled with our new awning! We can easily roll it out partially or all the way on our boat dock. It is holding up great so far. My husband put it together relatively quickly one evening after work. He and I installed it after he placed the braces without any difficulty. We did have to adjust the angle but it was pretty simple. Thumbs up & may buy another one for the other side.

Very fast shipping! Was too big for my space after all- was going to return it but instructions said you have to drop off and pay to do that - that just not right- I dont want To pay to return something i didn’t even open or use-Its too heavy to load and too costly to return- so I kept it and sold it to a neighbor ... so it worked out that way.. I would rate this higher if they would offer free shipping on returns with their return label (which I printed using my ink that I pay for 😠) instead of charging you for such a large and heavy item to physically take to a UPS return location. This was so inconvenient let alone almost impossible for me with spinal fusion and pins and plates in my back- and risking another back injury if you have to pick it up and load it especially if you’re a female.. way too heavy. Otherwise fast shipping-looked packaged well. Make sure you measure your area first.... - 🤷🏻♀️

I guess you get what you pay for it was great for a week then the right arm won't close now. Contacted the company sent pictures now they just ignore me I've done everything they suggested still nothing and it also sags down on the right side the cheap bushing is bad real loose so beware..

Well this awning has certainly met my expectations. It arrived early had all the parts and was really easy to assemble and attach to the house. It's so nice just to go on the porch and just crank out the awning which covers most of the porch it's price was excellent and really made well. We did have to take it back down after we had it up on the house reason was we put it together from behind you need to put it together standing in front with someone else tightening everything from behind. IT DOES TAKE 2 PEOPLE. Love it so much we are thinking of getting another for the other side of the porch. Will definatly buy again and recommend.

It broke when I set it up and had trouble before adjusting it to keep it to the right height. Good news they refunded my money and great to work with even if it didn’t work..

Very nice awning, but putting it together was a little challenging. The instructions have a few issue making it a little bit harder to put together. Overall, Good quality and very nice.
