The bike came more assembled than I thought it would. It also came with ALL the tools you need to assemble it, including a multi tool with all of the wrench sizes on one tool, and a brake adjuster.     • 4 hands required if you are new to putting bikes together

Cute bike that was fairly easy to set up with 4 hands working together. The hardest part was getting the brakes to work and figuring out which washer went where when installing the front tire. Due to this there was an screetch each time my wheel turned and it looked like the fender was bent out of place. I did have to take it to my local bike shop for a once-over, and they saw why I was getting the weird sound. The instructions for which washer goes where on the front tire are extremely unclear. The washer with the hook (T-washer) goes on the inside of the frame and hooks into the frame. All the rest go on the outside of the frame. When I remember to take pics, I will add. All in all, I had to pay $5 for a brake adjustment and the tire washer hoopla restructure. Our local shop is awesome :D It was the 3rd bike we took to them, so it likely would have cost more if we hadn't already been there multiple times, but still, since there are no parts just a fix to the ones already there, it shouldn't cost too much if you end up with the same situation. ... show more

I got this bike for my 78 year old brother because of the low step entry which makes it alot easier to get on and off of. This bike is really nice and seems to be made really well and I bought it in the color black, which in my opinion looks like it could be a man's or woman's bike. The bike was packaged really well, arrived in perfect shape and the assembly was easy, all I had to assemble was the front wheel, front fender, both pedals, seat and make minor adjustments to the front and rear brakes. ... show more

The bike is very cute, but the tire was too big to put on (it touched the main body, so there was not even hope of getting the bumper on OR getting it to actually move. Chose to do the assembly myself. Had a slight challenge with choosing the correct tool or rather manipulating the given tools, but the assembly was pretty straight forward. Also, the pictured assembly did help, but a few words of instruction might have helped things go a bit smoother. My daughter chose this bike because of its design and its beautiful mint green. She has enjoyed the smooth ride, and loves the ease of applying the brakes. And the cruiser gratefully endured the rough ride. ... show more
