It seems like there must be about a hundred outlet mounting devices for your sync module on Amazon, but this is the only one I’ve seen that completely encloses the charger and cord. It’s also very well made, with excellent instructions. It took me about 60 seconds to put the whole thing together, and it looks great. I was very impressed with the setup (assembly) guide, which is clear, complete, and accurate. The instructions are based on great pictures that show you how everything should fit and how to put it together. The care taken with the instructions suggests that they want their device to work well for the user. The two main pieces fit together neatly and snugly. The screwdriver in my photos is included with the product and is more than adequate for installing the screw that holds the whole thing together. (I really liked that it’s held together with a screw rather than just clips.) There’s plenty of room for adding your USB drive if you’re going to use local storage. The short cord to connect the charger to the sync module is perfect in length and in how the two connectors are oriented. Once assembled, the mount fits well into the outlet. If you put it into the top outlet (or into the bottom outlet upside down), the other outlet is not blocked at all. There are ventilation openings on both sides that seem more than sufficient for keeping heat from building up. The one thing to be aware of is that, compared to the non-enclosed style of outlet mounts, the sync module and its USB drive will be farther away from the wall (see photos). Since it’s going to stick out from the wall no matter what, I’m not sure that having it a little farther out from the wall would make any difference in most situations. This is a top-notch device in both design and execution.

This wall mount for my Blink Sync Module has been a great upgrade to my setup. Installation was super easy and hassle-free, and I really appreciate how effectively it hides all the wires, my space looks much cleaner now. While the plastic feels a bit lightweight and lacks that premium heft I was hoping for, it absolutely gets the job done.

I got this because without it my blink module just hangs, cluttering the outlet, and it looks like a fire hazard because the gravity is constantly loosening it from the plug. So when I saw this, it was like, why didn't they just come up with something like this. And it's the color of black, which matches the front face of the module. So it looks very built in. The material is not some flimsy plastic (I think ABS if I remember correctly) but is sturdy enough to keep the module in place. Which is the functionality that it's made for, not just to look nice, but to keep your module securely on the wall. But it did also made the module so much more nicer and modern and less cluttery. I really like the color. It didn't interfere with the connectivity. And this was easy to install.
