I wanted this for our shower. For that, it is perfect. Sounds good enough for low to mid-volume music, but I use it most for talk radio and podcasts. Battery life has been very good. I don't know how long it last if on continuously, but for powder room use, I don't have to charge it more than once pe
r month. My great negative on it is that the instructions are poor. Clearly translated from Chinese and a few points are difficult to understand. Once I figured it out, all was good. (Talking about connecting the device via Bluetooth. I connected is quickly and instinctively the first time, but when I tried to connect it to a different device, I struggled. A different button is pressed to reset the device's ability to connect to a new device.) For the price and especially for talk radio in the shower, this is a fine item once you figure out how to connect it.

I literally cannot take a shower without turning this on!!! Now my whole family is jamming when its shower time. I'll be getting another one for my second bathroom once its finished! Get this, i do recommend.

Battery turns off too soon

Maybe I'm doing something wrong because I haven't seen this problem mentioned, but my poor review comes from the fact that this speaker starts to alert to low battery when my phone claims it's still got 40% life left, it beeps every few seconds, then dies minutes later. Is it just me or should that n
ot be happening till its under 20%? Maybe even 10%? It also doesn't seem to take long to get there. The sound is good for a little speaker so if I have a weird setting or something set to make it turn off that soon, I will change my rating. Otherwise I feel this is just junk.

Good enough, GREAT as budget speaker

After reading the reviews, I ordered 2 of these speakers for the price of a comparable JBL Clip 3. The speaker itself is bulkier and heavier, and the sound is not as crisp as the JBL Clip 3. However, it comes w sticky cup to put on shower wall or any wall, and it is just what we needed to take on bik
e rides or for a walk. If you are looking for pure sound, lower your expectations if you use this on a open environment (around pool etc) - it sounds much better in an indoor area. However, if you are like me and just wanted something portable and good, this is a great purchase for the price.

Connectivity is a challenge

This might seem minor, but I have 3 portable Bose speakers so I am used the them turning on and connecting instantly. For this device, to turn it on you have to hold hold the power button for longer than you think (about 2-3 sold seconds). I am a busy working parent and I didn't realize this for days
and so I thought it just wasn't holding a charge and was dead, but it was because I wasn't pressing the power button for long enough. Sound quality is good and I like the suction cup and clip for using it anywhere.

I’ve got this thing suction cupped in my shower. I’ve used it for maybe 10 showers now and I still haven’t had to charge it. I took off a star because the power button is also the Bluetooth button, so you have to press it and then wait and press it again to turn it off. Also it’s doesn’t make a turn
off sound, and I wish it did. Anyway, it’s good aside from that.
