I agree with other commenters that the shed is attractive, spacious and also that it may not last forever — the wood seems good enough but not really a “built to last forever” product. That’s fair enough for a product at this price, I guess. As far as putting it together — I am not particularly handy; my expertise there is that I am good at putting together IKEA furniture and other kit-type products and can use a drill, level, etc. (basic tools.) I found the kit parts to be well-labeled and while the directions were not 100% perfect; they were pretty good and I could figure it out if I took my time and triple-checked against the illustrations. I was able to construct the whole shed by myself except for needing help hanging the second door. To sum up: it’s a do-able build even for non-pros and a good enough product that will do its job for likely as long a lifespan as I can expect at this price. Hoping to be surprised and it lasts for a decade.

Pros: Attractive and works for purpose of storing tools. Cons: Takes way longer than the estimate to put together. Lots of trim to attach. Massive amount of fasteners. Bolts were sturdy and appropriately-sized but many of the screws too small for purpose and I had to replace with larger. Shelf brackets were too flimsy for purpose and I had to reinforce with L-brackets. Door design is not good: Each door consists of two panels to enable a dutch-option. But panels are too flimsy for this option and the single wood strip connecting the upper and lower panels results in a door that is not sturdy. I had to add a 12” flat bracket to each door for adequate sturdiness.

As I said in the headline, it looks good... but the devil is in the details... gaps and gaps and gaps... the doors leave plenty of gaps above and below, the magnets to keep the doors closed are barely working, the locking door is cheap and fragile... the roof... the roof is cut in the middle with a plastic plus wood stripe covering the joint... this is NOT a way to prevent water to go into the storage. Horrible solution...! Instructions look OK but not enough to avoid making mistakes... I had to undo nearly 70% of the shed to correct a misplaced bar. time... the instructions say it will take around 30 minutes (2 people)... maybe minutes of a day in Venus, where a day lasts 243 days on earth. Several hours, not counting the waterproof oil. I kept the box thinking in the possible return, but it will take me hours to put it back in the box. Very unhappy customer.

The instructions are pretty good. Definitely takes 2 people a few hours to build. Sturdy, handsome. Latch is flimsy so I bought a stronger one. But overall a quality shed.
