I purchased these speakers because I had some that were not solar I got for Mothers Day 5 years ago and were not charging good anymore. Theses solar Rock speakers are awful. Had to be right next to each other to sink and sound was awful. My phone had to be right next to them and still sound was awful. Speakers 5 years old that didn’t charge well sounded better. Very disappointed ... show more

I ordered these because they were the right price. I have a fairly large backyard and actually used them lots. Love the fact that I could just move them wherever I wanted. Batteries lasted all day too! Not super duper loud and the sound isn't the best. But I enjoyed them nonetheless. I got two years out of my set before the speakers started crackling and popping. I did however spend the extra $$ on the warranty. Which had another year on it. Warranty company issued me a full refund the same day I shipped them back. We purchased these in March of 24 and I wanted to wait to provide a review. These speakers are awesome. We live in metro Phoenix so I wondered how they would the heat. Answer... No problem. I initially charged them using the power cord in March; the sun has been charging them for 9 months since. So if you live in a sunny location, these are the best. Great sound, easy paring with your devices, and are portable. Even if not in an area as sunny as AZ, I bet they would work as well as they are in the shade all afternoon after being recharged in the morning sun. The range of connectivity is variable, but overall, if your phone is within 20 feet or so, you should be good. My only 2 complaints are: 1. You have to turn each one on separately, yet you can turn both off by turning one off. 2. I wish they incorporated a handle within the design so they are easier to move. Those are minor issues compared to how well they work. Bottom line... Buy them. ... show more

I got this for Christmas 2024 i started using them for the first time this spring (April) and have used them maybe 3-5 times it is now June and they no longer work. They won’t turn on I’ve tried troubleshooting and hard resetting but haven’t had any luck. Now I am having a hard time reaching out to the company to get a refund or a replacement (not as easy as other Amazon replacements) but I loved the speakers they were great quality and sound!! ... show more

When people said these were brittle LISTEN! Well they worked it worked well the 2 times I used them. I keep the speakers in my garage after just getting them a little over a month ago.
