This house is not too bad. It is not the best relative to materials. The instructions are not that great. I think it will be OK for my Miniature Schnauzer. Would not recommend for a larger dog.

Instructions aren't great to start with. Material is very cheap. It rained once and the floor started coming up immediately. The roof is coming apart and the rest of the "patio" has completely come apart. We haven't even owned this for more than 4 months. Save your money.

Very poorly made. Boards not sturdy. Would not hold up in severe weather or a summer of rain. Would not recommend. Save money and build your own.
