I really like these speakers. They sound good for their size. The Bluetooth is easy to pair (I have four of them). The flame LED offers a nice lighting source. Only issue I had was the speakers coming unsynched everytine I got a phone call. Really easy fix by going into bluetooth settings of phone and unchecking "phone call" box for the torch light. Unfortunately one of the speakers suffered a career ending injury from a 4' fall. All the king's horses and all the king's men couldn't put torch light back together again. I now only have three and hope to replace the broken one soon. I will not be using the 90 degree mount that came with it. I believe it's what caused the fall being in the sun all day. Unsure, but came home to find it this way with half the mount attached to speaker, and half the mount still attached to deck post. I asked my dog " did you do that?" and he didn't appear guilty so I'm sticking with the theory the plastic mount couldn't take the heat.

I received the product days ago. I love the design and the sound quality. The only problem was one of them came broken. However the seller sent me a message before I could contact him telling me that probably one on them could be broken because of a bad worker job and, well yes, I was part of that =) I contacted with customer service and less than a day the problem was solved. They cannot send a replacement to my address, which I understand, I live in Puerto Rico, but I will receive a complete refund. Too bad the product was broken but the quality is still wonderful. No waste of money definitely. Thanks

I have purchased three sets of these so six total speakers for use in backyard around pool. Syncing I have see quite a few comments regarding difficulty in syncing the speakers. I did not find any issues whatsoever. You do need to follow the directions which is what I think the issue for many is, they are simply not following the directions. You only connect one speak to your device, such as a phone. When you turn other speakers on, they will also try to sync to your phone, but this is not how it is done. You sync one to your device, then the other syn to the speaker not the device. Follow the instructions, and no issues with connecting. However, and all to often there is a however in items, there is an issue with syncing when it comes to using multiple devices. The issue is when you connect the speakers to one device then use the multisync to connect all the other devices, you cannot simply connect another device at a later time, you have to go through the full multi-sync process, then if you wish to connect to the other device later, you again have to start all over. Sure it only takes literally two minutes to connect the six speakers it is a little annoying that each person in the house has to start over if they wish to use their device to connect the speakers. Sound The sound is ok, could be have a little more bass but that is being a touch picky. It is not overpowering loud so you may need to add more speakers to get the loudness yous wish.

Faulty product. I have purchased this speaker 3 times and there has been a quality issue each time. The first time the plastic on the speaker was broken upon arrival. The second purchase had a speaker that would not turn on from out of the package. We tried a third time and finally had both speakers working, but after a couple uses one of the speakers would no longer work. We attempted to work with the seller to resolve this issue. Seller claims they can’t find the order, and will not offer a warranty. Seller did not offer any troubleshooting resolution when contacted, however in item description they specify customer support and warranty. Spend a little more money and purchase a quality item, and actual customer support.

These speakers sound great. I had difficulty getting them to sync together but finally figured it out. Less than a year old and one is already fried and I have another one that is crackling. Only use a handful of times.

I've had these speekers for 3 years now. Started out with 4 the first year now have 10. I have about half an acre in my back yard that I set them up, they fill the yard with sound nicely and look great. Only problem I have is they are a pain to set up at first. If you get a call or stop the music for a period of time they loss each other and you can spend 30 minutes getting it all back. Now I set them up on my tablet and just let them play all day so i dont have to resync. They do go for 10 to 12 hours with the light on.

I purchased these speakers due to the reviews and they do not disappoint! Now, I am a bit of a snob when it comes to good quality sound. So just know, these are not Bose quality sound. HOWEVER, you are not paying for that either! I wanted some clear sound that would add some nice background music for my backyard get togethers and gardening. These speakers we're made just for that! They are clear and crisp, with 360 degree projection from each speaker. Lets be real, no one wants to shout over the music at a BBQ, right? So these are loud enough to hear over the talk, while socializing, without drowning conversations. The tiki lights are really nice. They blend into the garden and give you 3 settings for lots of ambient lighting. The hardest issue I had was getting my 2 speakers to sync up. But I'm pretty lame with technology, so can't blame that on the mfg, lol! I downloaded a trouble-shoot manual that laid out the directions much easier. So I'm giving these a big fat 5 star rating and will be purchasing another set. I'm considering these as family gifts, as well. These are a great value for the joy I'll recieve having my music surround me while gardening and at parties.🙂
