Description

This flat utility wagon is made of steel and is suitable for transporting supplies, equipment, or materials. The wagon's deck has 2" sides to help prevent items from rolling off, and its steel mesh construction provides increased rust resistance over iron. This garden wagon has auto-style steering with a D-style handle attached to a tie rod and steering arms to help prevent tipping. It comes with four 10" x 4" pneumatic rubber tires to resist abrasion and absorb shock while rolling on assorted indoor and outdoor terrain. The wagon has a powder coat finish to resist chipping and corrosion, and it is commonly used for material handling applications in gardens, warehouses, construction sites, and stores, among others. This flat wagon requires some assembly. Assembly instructions are included, and assembly tools are sold separately. Utility wagons, also known as service carts, are used for securely storing, organizing, and transporting equipment, supplies, refuse, and materials. They are suitable for use in industrial, manufacturing, and maintenance applications, as well as in the home.

After reading several reviews of plastic wheeled tote stuff, I decided to go for the big time. I was not disappointed. It is sturdy, strong, maneuverable, and compact a something with serious heavy tires can be. There is nothing about its suitability I can remark, once assembled. The assembly is my only minor issue. For some reason, the five locking nuts, about 5/8 inch. seemed to come in three different sizes, for three different kinds of joints. The assembly points are rugged in the extreme, but it is wise to have someone with reasonable manual dexterity to assemble it. Pliers or Vicegrips plus wrenches are needed, plus needle nose pliers to manhandle the cotter pins. ... show more

Put about 600lbs on this cart, when I started pulling I was very excited, seemed to be going very well. Cart rolled back slightly and when I looked, the "axle" frame had bent and twisted. Cart was not in use for 5 minutes before failure. Very weak, does not carry 1k#

    • It'll do...please read, and decide for yourself.
When we unpacked it we discovered the bed is warped. It didn't lay flat on the table. My husband said that we could return/exchange it but would probably not get a wagon without some kind of issue and he was confident that it wouldn't affect the use of the wagon. Also, the edge that is supposed to prevent things from slipping off isn't as high as the information said it would be. We were planning to make a wooden box to fit into it for the occasions when sides would be needed. We can still do it. Since it doesn't have a Sandusky label it's probably not a factory reject, or a return. This is very likely a generic copy of the Sandusky model...manufactured in China for Juggernaut (owned by amazon???). Same photos and description are used, word for word. I wanted a wagon like this for a long time and would have been happy with a used one from a yard sale, but didn't find one. I decided to take a chance on this one. I know you get what you pay for. Having said all that, I'm not unhappy with it. But, it is what it is. The wagon is assembled, ready for me to use in my gardening, etc. ... show more

    • Don't have a problem with the wagon, just the packaging.
The cart is fine, does exactly what I wanted to do - mount my generator on it so I can maneuver my stone driveway. Problem was, the box was torn - real good - and all the hardware except one bolt and a nut was gone. Which, for me, wasn't much of a problem, I have a shop & lots of bolts & such. Thankfully they threaded the big axle nuts on, they weren't missing or I'd have had to make a trip to the hardware store. Would have been nice if they packaged the hardware in a bag & attached to a big part. Also, the instructions are a joke, but it was simple enough to put together. ... show more

    • This thing is a beast
I love this wagon. I use it to drag around heavy bags of soil, but it has also come in handy for some inventive uses I hadn’t imagined before hand. The flat top allows you to load up the cart with things that are bigger than the platform. For example, somebody had an entire, tall storage cabinet/drawer unit on the curb across from my house. To my surprise, there was nothing wrong with it, and I had been looking for a piece of furniture like this for weeks. I chatted with my neighbor about it and got his blessing to take the thing home. With my husband’s help, I wheeled my sturdy tank of a wagon over there, loaded up the free storage cabinet, and toted it easily back home across the street. The rubber wheels are fantastic. No issues mounting the curb even when it is fully loaded. DURING ASSEMBLY, however, make sure you use pliers to pry apart the little metal pins that hold the wheels on. I have never put something like this together, and I was confused on what to do with the pins until my handyman showed me. This step in assembly was obvious to him as a seasoned pro, but it wasn’t obvious to me — and it wasn’t in the instructions! ... show more

    • Easy rolling, easy assembly, sturdy, versatile
LOVE these carts! This is the second one purchased. Useful for so many things! Inflatable rubber tires with good tread has this cart rolling over and through most anything. Get one, your appreciation will grow as time goes on!
