The media could not be loaded. So this is a disappointment to say the least. Poor customer service, and much of it is language barrier. The instructions are a mess. The choke is labeled backwards. Tech support doesn't know the common terms to covey what they are saying. Throttle, Choke, Primer, etc. They just confuse terms. The lower unit is labeled with Drain and Fill that don't exist. The cooling water exit location is not explained in manuals or by tech support. You're on your own. Fouls plugs. The manual doesn't even say the mix ratio for fuel. Then there's the primer bulb which isn't mentioned. When you are getting advice from tech support they have you buy the altogether wrong plug as shown. It's the little one, and they say to buy the big one. Oof. Prepare to get worn out trying to start this thing and good luck keeping it running. Forget about starting it again warm. Bought it going into winter and the weather kept me from really troubleshooting it before the return window closed. Kept thinking it would be fine. It's not. Going in the garbage. Total waste of my hard earned money. Save yours. ... show more

I followed the break in and care exactly as specified and stored it how directed. Took it out in the spring and it wouldn't stay running. It ran great and flawlessly the first season though. But it should last more than a few month of use
