    • The Only Toy That Gets My Overweight Cat Moving
My cat is absolutely obsessed with this toy! This wand is the only way I can get my overweight (16 lb) cat moving. I've been using it to keep him more active and lose weight through several five-minute play sessions every day. I've purchased two wands so far. The first I purchased in Oct 2022 and the second was purchased Dec 2024 to replace the first after the battery seemed to die as it stopped squeaking (unfortunately there doesn't seem to be any way to open it up and replace batteries). Since the sound is the main reason my cat enjoys it, the wand had to be replaced. The squeaking sound is great at getting his attention (though a bit loud for human ears as a small warning), and the feathers seem to add an extra layer of fun for him. The plastic wand is durable and easy to maneuver, allowing me to create engaging chase sessions. The tethered string design works great as well since I haven't had any issues with fraying even though he chews and claws on the cord. This wand quickly became my cat's favorite, and I highly recommend it to any cat owner looking for a fun and engaging toy. Five stars all the way! ... show more

The media could not be loaded. So far, so great! This has really helped burn up some energy from my Yorkie. She can’t get enough of it. The squeaking sound is a bit much, but still a great toy. Seems durable. I wouldn’t recommend for puppies with their sharp baby teeth, as the cord and toy would probably not survive. ... show more

    • Love it! Even the squeak
My cat went crazy over this toy. All she wants to do is play with it. She will even play by herself. The squeak can be a little bothersome but she loves it so much I don’t mind. I think that she thinks the mouse is real. The only problem is that she is tearing it up quickly. We are on the second toy in three weeks . I can’t afford to keep buying a new one every theee weeks. I need them to last longer ... show more

This mouse wand that chirps is just fantastic. My gray chonk absolutely adores this toy and begs for me to play with her. The sound and movement of it on a wool rug really does mimic prey very well, which keeps her extremely engaged and riles her up for some exercise and enrichment. The second I put it out for my cat to play with, she went absolutely crazy over it. Never seen her so energetic over a toy. This is by far her favorite one! Though the sound on the toy can get annoying sometimes when it’s playing for long duration of time. Overall awesome toy for price!

    • My toddlers enjoys this as much as the cat does
Recently I have had to put my sassy feline on house arrest due to his inability to keep the peace with other neighborhood cats. So I thought maybe getting him some toys to continue the activity would help with this change. He is still massively inactive, but that has everything to do with his behavior and demeanor than it does with this product. My 2-year-old son absolutely adores this cat (the cat could not care any less if any of us like him) so my son takes it upon himself to help with the feline exercising. When my son bats it around and runs through the house dragging this product, it makes a chirping sound much like that of a bird. Which my cat loves to hunt birds, and newborn rodents. You know, picking off the vulnerable. The chirping sound always peaks our cat's attention and he does engage. This delights my toddler, and he takes this engagement as a challenge to be even more ferocious in play. So this product is durable if it can withstand the two. Highly recommend.     • Love this, but Lose the Squeak!
I wish this came in a version that has no squeak. My cat is not an ariel player, but an ambush one, and this mouse squeaks when it rolls on a perfectly flat carpet and on hardwood. So frequently, that I spend all my time trying to keep it from bouncing or touching anything enough to set off the squeak, even the tiniest bit, during play. In theory, a lot of squeaking might be desired, but it's too much for my cat. Hopefully my particular battery runs out quickly before my cat stops wanting to play with it. As it is now, play sessions end too soon with this toy. This would totally be 5 stars otherwise. I will monitor this toy on Amazon, hoping that this company comes out with a squeak-less version. I know, unlikely, but fingers crossed. (I may perform toy surgery and dig out the battery.) ... show more
