I have a smaller cat tree similar to this (about half the size) and my cats love it, so I thought I'd get them something bigger with more room to move around. They were trying to lay on it and climb on it before I even had it assembled. The structure was easy to assemble, HOWEVER, the instructions are horrible! It is one single page with a diagram of the semi-assembled cat tree, labeled with the letter of each piece. The problem is the writing is so tiny you can barely see it. I had to use the magnifier on my phone to see what I was supposed to be doing, and even then, it was hard to tell because the print is so small and faded, that it's hard to make out what everything says! Luckily, it's very simple to assemble. I suggest laying everything out on the floor, in order and separate all the hardware before you even begin. It will make it much easier. It only took me about 25-30 minutes to put together by myself, but the majority of that time was spent trying to SEE the actual instructions. Once put together, the cat tree is a delight for my girls. They love it. It comes with two "pillows" that go into the two top perching sections, but they would not use it with those pillows, so I just removed them and now they love it. When they chase each other on it, the whole thing does wobble a little bit but it isn't even close to falling over, just a slight wobble. If they are on it alone, this doesn't happen, it's only when they are being extremely active and chasing one another. This does come with a support to attach to the wall in order to stabilize it, but I haven't decided yet exactly where it will be so I did not attach it to the wall. There are several things on this structure to keep my cats active. The very top perch is small, great for sitting and observing from a nice high spot, or for a tightly curled up cozy nap. But the second one is very spacious and plenty of room for my cats to lay down and stretch. I've actually caught them both sleeping on the larger perch together. The little "house" is also a nice size, they can both fit in there comfortably and peek out of the little "window". For reference, they are 2 years old and 9lbs each. They love the rope that dangles at the bottom! You get an additional ball toy as a replacement (there are two already attached to the cat tree), but I wish they had an additional rope because I can already tell my cats are going to tear that thing apart, they love playing with it. Overall, I am very pleased with this because it makes my cats happy. And if they are happy, I'm happy. My only complaint is the instruction sheet...make that easier to read please!

This is a really nice and well made cat tree! The instructions were not super clear, but it was pretty easy to figure out. It’s a really nice size cat tree and has some fun options for my cats. Also, there are some nice touches - the soft pad that goes on top of the top perch to cover the exposed screws is a huge plus! And my cat immediately claimed it and every time one of the other cats get near it, she bats at them to get away. Queen Luna LOVES her new tree!!

I wanted a cat tower that was tall but not too wide. This fits in the corner where I wanted it to. It was inexpensive but cheaply made. What looked like solid boxes in the pictures is actually flimsy fabric stretched over a frame by cheap elastic string. The platforms are like pressed cardboard and the tubes feel like cardboard around plastic round ends. The furry fabric is glued on and feels thin and cheap. There are staples which I worry will injur our cays. Overall, we neede a tall tower in a p8nch and this will work in the short term but it won't last long under the weight of my 11 lbs cat who makes it slugger, sway and sag.
