There was no way to cancel on their site and customer support was terrible and refused to help. I used to rave about the Oura when I first got it. I even got others to buy it & bought it for others. Mine stopped working (battery issues) and they replaced it with a different color one and that one had the same issue and then they ghosted me. My mom’s had the very same issue and they did not help her at all. I was an original backer when the first version was on kickstarter and this is how they treated me and other backers after purchasing the newer one from their second campaign. I absolutely love my Oura Ring 4 in Ceramic Tide! From the moment I started using it, I felt like I was suddenly in charge of my health in a whole new way. The level of detail it provides—sleep, readiness, activity, and so much more—gives me peace of mind. I no longer stress or wonder about what’s going on with my body because the ring keeps me informed and confident. I even named mine Ramona, which means “wise protector,” and that is exactly how this ring feels. It’s beautifully designed, comfortable to wear, and incredibly helpful. A couple of tips: • Size carefully. I originally ordered a size 9, which went over my knuckle easily but fit way too loosely. I ended up choosing a size 8, which works perfectly for both my middle and ring finger. • Use a clear cover. I purchased a protective cover to prevent scratches on the ceramic, and it was totally worth it. Overall, this ring has exceeded my expectations in every way. If you’re considering it—do it!
