Pro: A) Three mounting plates with six bike and three helmet hooks. B) Reasonably good thickness on the plates and hooks, all well painted. Cons: A) Poor instructions, only one mounting style shown whereby all three plates are butted together in one contiguous line. B) Insufficient Caution on mounting the plates against a sheet rock wall (which is the norm in most homes, garages, etc) without a backing board sufficiently screwed into the wall studs. C) Larger bike tires are more difficult clip around the hook. Balloon tired bikes CANNOT be hooked in. The tires are simply too large.. Having stated all the above, the overall impression is that this is well made, with poor instructions and not enough alternate mounting schemes to showcase the versatility of the system. Finally, for SAFETY, mount these plates to a 1"x6" spanning four(4) wall studs (64" long and use two #10x3" star head exterior screws/stud) to provide yourself with the maximum flexibility for adjusting the position of the hooks. The plates then can be mounted to the board by using #8x1" screws instead of the included screws in the box. Good Luck

I was impressed with the quick delivery. The packaging leaves much to be desired. I get that it’s to save packaging material but the packaging just comes off as very cheap. The product itself is well designed and made but somehow I feel like this product could have been priced better. Instructions sucked as others have mentioned. But bottom line is that it works and installation wasn’t difficult. I just wish the manufacturer would have made the panels a little lo get so it could more comfortably (realistically?) fit 6 bikes.

With limited space to work with in our 8 x 10 shed. I have tried a couple of different styles of bike racks over the years. Storing 5 bikes and maximizing the space for other necessities.I have found this design to be the most effective. I was pleasantly surprised upon opening the box. The material quality is what you would expect to find from a product that is advertised to handle substantial weight. Solid, sturdy and durable! Installation was straightforward and the instructions simplified making it easy and time saving as well. Hubby had it done in under 10 minutes. The hooks are large which really helps to not only put the bikes up but also take them down with easily when the kids want to play. Overall I’m very happy with this purchase. I found this bike rack to be an amazing value and I would definitely buy this again if need be.

Great space saver on our garage. I can finally got my car inside too! We have 4 full size adult bikes on the rack and it works great. It is mounted in multiple studs and appears to be holding the weight just fine, the only weight issue is lifting the bikes onto it. (We need lighter bikes, or more gym time for mom) Would recommend putting something up to protect the wall from bike tires as ours does have black marks and misdoing paint on the wall. (But, it is a garage…). Overall a great bike rack.

This bike rack works very well for ordinary bikes. Assuming you actually have wall space which isn't occupied by doors, windows, shelves, and so on, you should be able to hang six bikes. (You'll want to leave some space between the mounting strips so that you can put hooks at the far end of each strip, but it's doable.) The screws are strong enough to hold in either wooden studs or in drywall with the anchors. I'm not sure that "fat bike" tires will fit in the hooks, but anything else should be fine. Weight capacity is no problem. I have a bike that's over 40 pounds including the carry rack and bag and nothing sagged when I hung it.

Drywall anchors work well, but the screws provided are not large enough thread diameter and do not engage with the anchors and can be pulled out by hand. Segments of the rack are not long enough to span two studs, so I had to make sure at least 2x screws were in studs to keep the system secure. Overall its just careless material selection and clearly shows that youre getting what you pay for when you buy one of the cheap rack systems.

Easy to install. Works great. Just make certain you properly visualize exactly how far bikes will hang down. Also suggest protect your wall from dirty tires by using a sheet of plexiglass or something similar. We plan on installing something like that soon.
