Fits a 2004 ford focus 2.0L with the alternator located at the front of the car and NOT the left rear of the engine area which most videos you find on YouTube have it in the left rear for Installation instructions. If you replace it and it is located in the front of the engine compartment near the fan, just unclip the fan and drop the fan low and you will have plenty of room to remove the alternator! Going on 6 months running fine, will update if it somehow fails. 2 yr update: Still going strong. Vehicle only gets about 4k miles per year. Would buy again.

Direct replacement bolt in alternator that works perfectly. Would highly recommend. Difficult to remove only in that the space is very limited and patience is required!! About 2-3 hrs. to complete on first try on a 2000-2004 Ford Focus.
