I didn't like the sticks at all. By the time it registers movement it is far too much movement. I tried adjusting game settings but it was just a poor experience compared to any console controller.

The media could not be loaded. This review is the OUBANG YMIR Controller for PS4. I ordered this controller to use with game streaming services and PC. The build quality is good but is excellent when you consider the value of this controller. The plastics and weight is not quite as good as an original PS5 controller but this OUBANG controller is less than half the price and feels very close. The layout is obviously using a PS5 style. It also has most of the PS5 controller's functions. Games and apps will detect this as a PS4/5 style controller. For most games and casual gaming, I don't think I'm missing out on features or function. In my usage, battery life is good; the buttons and d-pad are all very responsive. I haven't noticed any latency or lag. I paired it up with my PC. In Steam, I did have to choose the "Steam Input" setting so that the buttons mapped correctly. Most PC games use the XBOX controller mappings by default. I did also connect this controller to my Amazon Fire TV stick via Bluetooth without any issues. The controller was detected properly and the button mapping was completely supported. I even played a couple of games on Luna with this controller. In conclusion, if you like the PS5 controller's layout you'll definitely want to check out this OUBANG YMIR Controller for PS4. It is a great alternative and a great value.

This is a great accessory to have for a causal PC Gamer, and maybe even those that are hardcore with sticks. I got this so I can play more driving games, like Snowrunner, and have better control over the vehicles with the sticks. While I'm used to an xbox layout from previous controllers, it is quite nice that my PC detects this as a PS4 controller and all the prompts are shown as PS4 controls, no guessing which button is which because they are different symbols. I have not tried the bluetooth as I do not have bluetooth on my PC, but using the included USB cable it was super quick to hook up and get playing!

The control has a PS5 form factor, but show up as a PS4 when connected. The Joy sticks feels good. The triggers are only simply switches. For the life of me, I can't seem to map the custom left trigger, but right works fine.
