I have winter triggered psoriasis on my scalp-alongside the thickest combination hair in the land. I have a hard time trying to find a salon product worth my hairs time. Most costing and arm and leg will dry out my hair making me itchy or leave a weird film over it that leads me to dry shampoo my hair the next day because it looks greasy. I am so in love with this shampoo! I am so happy and grateful to have added it to my hair routine and while I don't use it on a daily basis, the days that I use it actually leave me feeling confident about my hair. I'll be honest, for a long time I HATED my hair and I've always felt sad about the fact that it was always so oily and made me feel greasy and made my hair look even thinner. I looked up an article on what to do and they recommended this product along with the Neutrogena T/Sal and it is a total winning duo! I don't wash my hair everyday as I know that contributes to more oil being produced but oh my DEAR these two shampoos leave me feeling great about my hair and myself. This shampoo also smells SO GOOD. It also leaves it feeling very soft. I also must mention, I am WAY overdue for a haircut and my ends are dead, dead, DEAD. I've even had a couple of people comment on it which leaves me feeling a little embarrassed. BUT when I began using this shampoo someone always comments on how great my hair looks and I've had a couple of conversations where I had to literally show strand by strand how dead my hair is because they wouldn't believe me!

I was hesitant at first about spending the money on this shampoo and the matching conditioner but I’m so glad my fiancé talked me into it. I have always struggled with a flaky, itchy scalp that was an embarrassing issue for me. I have wavy, medium textured hair and a lot of it to boot. Every shampoo and conditioner I tried would dry out my hair but make my scalp so greasy. I could never find a happy medium of how often to wash my hair because I would develop flakes overnight and yes, I was rinsing my hair throughly and with the assistance of a scalp massager. With this, I now wash my hair two or three times a week depending on the weather and my activities at work (I work in a factory). My hair isn’t frizzy, it looks and feels healthy, and my scalp doesn’t bother me anymore. I shampoo my hair twice every time I wash it and I still have over half the bottle left and I get an excellent lather to clean my scalp. I definitely recommend trying. The smell can be strong for those who are sensitive to smells but it wasn’t horrible enough for me to be put off by it. I would also like to note that I’ve had this product for about 3 months now and I’m very happy with my results and look forward to expanding my of the products within this range for my hair.

I love the way my hair feels after using this shampoo and conditioner, but I find the floral smell overpowering. Even throughout the next day I can still smell the scent. Not sure I'll buy it again because of that.

I like the scent and how soft my hair feels. Unfortunately, I ordered he 32 oz. Refill and the bag had a hole in it so I was only able to salvage 14 oz. of the shampoo. I had three other items that were covered in shampoo, but I was able to rinse the product off. I feel either a partial refund or replacement is in order.
