I am so in love with this shampoo! I am so happy and grateful to have added it to my hair routine and while I don't use it on a daily basis, the days that I use it actually leave me feeling confident about my hair. I'll be honest, for a long time I HATED my hair and I've always felt sad about the fact that it was always so oily and made me feel greasy and made my hair look even thinner. I looked up an article on what to do and they recommended this product along with the Neutrogena T/Sal and it is a total winning duo! I don't wash my hair everyday as I know that contributes to more oil being produced but oh my DEAR these two shampoos leave me feeling great about my hair and myself. This shampoo also smells SO GOOD. It also leaves it feeling very soft. I also must mention, I am WAY overdue for a haircut and my ends are dead, dead, DEAD. I've even had a couple of people comment on it which leaves me feeling a little embarrassed. I was hesitant at first about spending the money on this shampoo and the matching conditioner but I’m so glad my fiancé talked me into it. I have always struggled with a flaky, itchy scalp that was an embarrassing issue for me. I have wavy, medium textured hair and a lot of it to boot. Every shampoo and conditioner I tried would dry out my hair but make my scalp so greasy. I could never find a happy medium of how often to wash my hair because I would develop flakes overnight and yes, I was rinsing my hair throughly and with the assistance of a scalp massager. With this, I now wash my hair two or three times a week depending on the weather and my activities at work (I work in a factory). My hair isn’t frizzy, it looks and feels healthy, and my scalp doesn’t bother me anymore. I shampoo my hair twice every time I wash it and I still have over half the bottle left and I get an excellent lather to clean my scalp. I definitely recommend trying. The smell can be strong for those who are sensitive to smells but it wasn’t horrible enough for me to be put off by it.
