This product does not produce a lot of steam. It takes a long time to heat up. It has stopped working after less than a year. It does produce steam in vertical and horizontal positions.

This steamer heats up quick and works so fast. I’m so impatient so the fact that it’s ready to go by the time I pick out a shirt is perfect. I also always use the max setting bc why not? It does get super hot after a while but the water tank is big enough that you’re actually ready to set it down anyways. It will do a lot of shirts at once. I really like the style and look of it too. It’s super nice and feels like a quality steamer. Setup takes two seconds. I wish it had an easier way to store the cord. That would be my only complaint. Still love it. It’s a powerful steamer and well worth it

The media could not be loaded. Looks fancy, but only turns on when it knows I'm about to lose my mind bc I'm going to be late for work and arrive with wrinkled clothes. I have to beg this steamer to turn on! I have to pray to my Guardian Angels to turn this steamer on!! The power button isn't a button at all... It's a sensor and I'm convinced it only "senses" my finger when my blood pressure is 200/90 bc I'm panicking about going to work looking like a lazy, wrinkled mess. Save your money and buy a different steamer. This one is TERRIBLE and causes me so much stress every time I try to use it. I've had it for 3 days after return window has closed. Into the landfill it goes 😭😭😭😭🤬 & I'm going to buy another steamer

Got this for daughter for Xmas. Helping her settle in a new house, her clothes were wrinkled and I asked her if she had a steamer. Nope. It was Nov so I asked if she'd like one for Xmas. Yep! I chose this one specifically because of water capacity, cord length, wattage, and that it works in horizontal position. Checking with her months later, she said it's perfect and she uses it almost daily. Everyone should have a great steamer! This one will be the replacement when my own gives up the ghost.

The media could not be loaded. I bought this product after reading the reviews in May and used twice because I did have some occasions. Then I tried to use it and it is not working any more??? I tried everything thing. And it is too late to return it now. Save your money
